In this study,GDF9,FSH?,GnRHR,BMP6,BMP15,FSHR,PRL,PRLR,RBP4,PGR,GHR,CAST,ESR,FGF5,IGF1 and PROP1 genes were studied,a total of 52 SNPs were detected by polymorphism detection of the promoter and exon region of the above gene by pooling.SNPs were typed by MALDI-TOF technique,and SNP genetic effects were analyzed.The results are as follows:1.Baicao company's Rex rabbit A,D and R litter size based system B are higher than0.89,0.44,0.75,significant differences between the strains(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of live chicks(P>0.05).A,D and R birth litter weight based system B were higher than 41.14 g,31.25 g,42.68 g,significant difference(P<0.05).A 21-day litter weight system than B,D,R lines are higher than 143.19 g,98.86 g,133.32 g,more significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between weaning number and weaning weight(P>0.05).2.A total of 52 SNPs were found in this study,including the loci 22,23,27 on the BMP15 gene,the locus 28,29,30,31 on the BMP6 gene,the locus 24,25,32,33 on the CAST gene,the locus 44 on the ESR2 gene,the FGF5 The locus 45,the sites 7,8,17,43 on the FSHR gene,the locus 10,21 on the FSH? gene,the locus 6,13 on the GDF9 gene,the locus on the GHR gene 2646,47 48,49,50,the site 41 on the GnRHR gene,the locus 51 on the IGF1 gene,the locus 14,16,34,35,36 on the PGR gene,the locus 12,40 on the PRL gene,the PRLR 11,15,18,19,37,38,39,52 on the PROP1 gene,and 2,4,5,20,42 on the RBP4 gene.Wherein the sites 1,6,10,12,13,18,22,23,25,30,33,37,39,44,45,46 and 50 are missense mutation,and the sites 22,23 are frame shift mutations,and the site 46 causes a change in the open reading frame.3.Of the 52 SNP sites detected in this study,significant effect on litter size has sites10,12,15,21,40,41,50;significant impact on the number born alive have 12,15,36,40,41,49,50 site;There were loci 10,49,50,which had a significant effect on the litter weight,and had a significant effect on the 21-day-old litter weight at sites 2,3,9,11,14,16,18,19,21,43,47,52;a significanteffect on the number of weaning sites 6,13,36,37,38;a significant impact on the weaning litter has a significant effect of site33.4.The SNP locus of the target gene was haplotypes and the association of reproductive traits and effect analysis showed that:ACG haplotype on BMP6 gene rearrangement significant effect on weaning(P <0.05);The haplotypes of GHR gene were significantly different in weaning nest(P<0.05);The haplotype H9 * H11 interaction of PGR gene was significantly correlated with litter size,litter size and litter size at 21 days(P <0.05);5-haplotypes multiple comparison of PRLR litter weight on day 21 a significant difference(P <0.05).In this study,52 mutation sites of GDF9,FSH?,GnRHR,BMP6,BMP15,FSHR,PRL,PRLR,RBP4,PGR,GHR,CAST,ESR,FGF5,IGF1 and PROP1 genes,the results showed that 27 loci had a significant effect on the reproductive traits,and the haplotypes and haplotypes of BMP6,GHR,PGR and PRLR had a significant effect on the reproductive traits.The results showed that GDF9,FSH?,GnRHR,FSHR,PRL,PRLR,RBP4,PGR,GHR,CAST,BMP6 and PROP1 genes could be the main genes affecting the reproductive traits of Rex rabbit,or linked with the main genes.This study selected 27 SNPs and haplotype can be developed as a molecular marker for reproductive traits Rex rabbit breeding.
