| Artemisia selengensis is a kind of green vegetable which is edible and medicinal.It is favored by the public for its unique fragrance and taste and rich nutrition.In recent years,the domestic planting scale and annual output of Artemisia selengensis have gradually increased.However,the mechanization degree of Artemisia selengensis production is relatively low.In particular,the de-leaf operations of Artemisia selengensis are all completed manually.There is no suitable de-leaf processing machine for Artemisia selengensis.That time-consuming,labor-intensive and inefficient de-leaf treatment seriously restricts the continuous and large-scale development of Artemisia selengensis industry.In order to solve the above problem,and realize the mechanized defoliation goal of Artemisia selengensis,an air suction type Artemisia selengensis leaves removing program was proposed.With ADAMS、ANSYS and other software for optimizing,the prototype was made,and the experiment was carried out.The main research content and conclusions are as follows:1)Measurement and analysis have been conducted on the geometrical characteristics of stems and leaves of Artemisia taken after harvesting of lignified stems.The length and diameter of the big culm is the main test object,including characteristics of length,width and blade pitch of Artemisia selengensis leaves,which reflects a certain distribution to determine the design parameters.2)An air suction type Artemisia selengensis leaves removing machine was researched and designed.Based on the research on the methods and principles of mechanical defoliation of related agricultural products at home and abroad,and the results of the existing research on the removal of Artemisia selengensis leaves,combined with the characteristics of Artemisia selengensis,an air suction scheme for the removal of Artemisia selengensis was proposed.The scheme test bench was designed,and the selection of the axial flow fan as the pumping power source.The feasibility of the air suction type Artemisia selengensis leaves removal program was verified.The overall structure of air suction type Artemisia selengensis leaves remover was designed.3)The key components of the air suction type Artemisia selengensis leaves removing machine was designed.A mechanical automatic opening and closing clip was designed to grip and release Artemisia selengensis automatically.The automatic defoliation assembly was designed to achieve the defoliating operation of Artemisia selengensis.The conveying device was designed to transfer Artemisia selengensis.4)Analytical method is used to design the cam profile in automatic leaf removal assembly.ADAMS software was used for simulation which verified that the cam follower is the cosine acceleration movement law to meet design requirements.Trapezoidal section and square cross section type intake tube were designed.Trapezoidal section is better than square cross section for the intake tube,which is based on the flow field distribution analysis and comparison by ANSYS-FLUENT.5)The correlation of the movement parameters between the transport device and the de-leaf device is analyzed.Relationship of moving speed between the conveyor belt and the automatic opening and closing clip,and relationship between the automatic opening and closing clip moving speed and the cam rotation speed in the automatic de-leaf component are theoretically studied and analyzed,the optimal coefficient of relationship between automatic opening and closing clip and automatic de-leaf component movement is that δ = 3.47.6)Trial and experimental research on air suction type Artemisia selengensis leaves removing prototype.The prototype was manufactured and run as a parameter interaction test to get the optimal parameter combination: the speed of the automatic opening and closing clip is 0.120 m/s,the cam speed is 50r/min,and the pressure of axial fan is 100 Pa.Results under such circumstance showed that the entrainment rate of the machine was 98% and the qualified rate of removing leaves was 89%,which proved the utility of the air suction type Artemisia selengensis leaves removing machine,and reached the design requirements. |
