Artemisia Selengensis,also known as Artemisia Selengensis and Artemisia Selengensis,is a member of the family Compositae Artemisia.In recent years,because of its edible and medicinal value has been developed,Artemisia Selengensis has been widely planted as a dominant economic crop in Northeast China to the Yangtze River Basin.Among them,Caidian District of Wuhan City in Hubei Province is one of the local agricultural leading industries with Artemisia Selengensis planting.In view of the lack of mechanized production equipment for Artemisia Selengensis,the high planting density of Artemisia Selengensis,the high labor intensity of artificial planting Artemisia Selengensis,and the high production cost,based on the comprehensive analysis of the research status of vegetable transplanting machine and Artemisia Selengensis mechanical planting equipment at home and abroad,a kind of Artemisia Selengensis rod seedling transplanting machine was designed based on the integration of agronomic and agricultural machinery.It can complete the cutting and planting of the whole seedling at one time,and provide new ideas for the research of large density mechanized pot seedling transplanting equipment.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows :(1)The formulation of mechanized planting operation process and the overall design of planting machine.On the basis of analyzing the mechanical planting technology and equipment of Artemisia Selengensis,based on the agronomic requirements of Artemisia Selengensis planting and the principles of agronomic mechanical design,the overall structure,operation process scheme,whole machine transmission scheme and main technical parameters of the planting machine were determined.The transplanting machine is divided into seedling feeding system,seedling cutter and transplanting system.The seedling feeding system is responsible for orderly and continuous transportation of artificially fed Artemisia Selengensis seedlings to the seedling cutter.The seedling cutter is responsible for preparing the whole 600 mm seedling into 6 100 mm planting cuttings;the planting system is responsible for completing the seedling and planting actions along a specific planting trajectory.The working width of the whole machine is 600 mm,the planting row spacing is 100 mm,the planting plant spacing is 120 ~ 140 mm,the planting depth is 65 ~ 70 mm,and the planting uprightness is 60° ~ 90°.(2)Determine the structural parameters of the key device of the transplanter.The structural composition and independent functions of the whole machine seedling feeding system,seedling cutter and planting system were determined.Through the simulation analysis method,it was verified that the trajectory curve of the planting device at the end of the planting device met the agronomic requirements of Artemisia selengensis planting.As the core system of the whole machine,the planting system is mainly composed of a driving mechanism,a planting device and a cam press bar mechanism.The driving mechanism is divided into a crank rocker mechanism and a planetary gear train mechanism.The cam press bar mechanism controls the opening and closing of the duckbill planter under the rotary motion of the crank.(3)Motion coordination analysis and motion parameters determination of the key working parts of the whole machine.Based on the ANSYS finite element analysis method,the optimal working speed range of the seedling cutter is 200 ~ 300 r/min.According to the soil firmness value,the simulation verifies that the structural parameters of the duckbill planter theoretically meet the strength requirements of the planting operation.According to the principle that the working parts need to be guaranteed to start running from the preparatory position before the planting operation of the whole machine,the initial position of the working parts in the seedling feeding device and the planting device is stipulated.Through the combing of the power transmission process of the whole machine,the motion coordination analysis of the seedling feeding device and the planting device is carried out.It is determined that after the power machine is started,the planting device needs to be inserted empty twice.When the planting device catches the cuttings in the No.7slot,the planting machine enters the continuous planting operation state.(4)The performance test of Artemisia Selengensis planting machine.Taking the forward speed of the power walking part as the factor affecting the working performance index of the transplanter,the performance test of the transplanter is set up based on the single factor test.Combined with the motion parameters of the seedling cutter and the limit speed of the artificial seedling,the forward speed level is set to 85 mm/s,107 mm/s,129mm/s.By analyzing the test data,it is determined that when the forward speed of the power walking part of the whole machine is 107 mm/s and 129 mm/s,the average plant spacing qualification rate,insertion depth qualification rate,uprightness qualification rate,leakage planting rate and injury seedling rate of the planting machine planting operation all meet the evaluation criteria of the prototype performance test,and meet the overall design requirements of the Artemisia Selengensis planting machine.
