Temporal And Spatial Variation About The Quantity And Quality Of Cultivated Land In Qianjiang,Dynamic Balance Based On The Production Accounting

The cultivated land resource is an important kind of resource which mankind relies for survival and development,and is the basis of a country's food security.The overall national conditions of China's cultivated land resources are:the total amount of land is abundant,but the available cultivated land resources,the per capita cultivated land resources and the land reserve resources are insufficient.With the continuous development of the economy and the acceleration of urbanization,a large amount of cultivated land resources have been occupied,thus the contradiction between man and the cultivated land becomes increasingly acute,the number of cultivated lands decreases very quickly,and the quality of cultivated land turns worrisome.In order to solve the problem,our country put forward policy,in the actual execution process,the balance of the quantity of cultivated land has been realized but the quality have not,resulting in a serious decline in the productivity of cultivated land.The paper takes Qianjiang City as an example to study the changes in the quantity and quality of cultivated land in Qianjiang City over the past three years in terms of time and space,and uses literature,empirical analysis and quantitative analysis methods.Based on the results of the classification of agricultural land in Hubei Province,this paper deepens and uses it,and then establishes a linear regression model between the natural quality index and the theoretical yield,and a linear regression model between the index of utilization and the yield per unit,and calculates the theoretical yield and achievable production capacity of agricultural land,and introduces farmland production capacity into the balance of cultivated land compensation as an accounting standard for balance of cultivated land compensation.The productivity of supplementary cultivated land is not lower than the productivity of occupied cultivated land,so as to achieve the balance of cultivated land compensation.The results show that:In recent three years,the number of cultivated land in Qianjiang is declining,the area of occupied cultivated land and the Supplemental cultivated land are declining.2014 and 2015 Qianjiang failed to carry out their objectives of dynamic balance while 2016 achieve the goal.Qianjiang pay more and more attention to the quantity and quality of cultivated land,the situation is of dynamic balance is optimistic but we should do not relax the vigilance.Policy needs to be strengthened.
