In recent years, the amount of pet dogs raised has increased year by year, and there have been more and more cases of canine tumors, which have attracted widespread attention. From January 2017 to January 2018,105 cases of tumors diagnosed in several animal hospitals in Zhengzhou were collected. The disease history survey method was used to record the basic conditions of the onset of canine disease dogs, and the characteristics of canine tumor disease were summarized.Diagnostic methods include physical examinations, laboratory tests,X-rays,ultrasonography,cytology,and histopathological examinations.A total of 105 cases of tumors were investigated and analyzed. The incidence of canine tumor disease was significantly related to its site, gender, age, and breed. The incidence rate of skin soft-tissue tumors in dogs was the highest, accounting for 45.71%(48/105),followed by breast tumors, accounting for 16.19%(17/105),perianal tumors, accounting for 10.48%(11/105);There were 49 female dogs and 56 male dogs. The male-to-male sex ratio was 1:1.14.Female dogs have the most skin tumors, followed by 32.65%(16/49)breast tumors.Mammary gland tumors are mainly affected by estrogen.Early sterilization can effectively prevent breast tumors, and male dogs are less likely to have breast tumors.Male dogs had the most skin tumors, followed by perianal tumors 19.64%(11/56).The incidence of perianal tumors was closely related to male hormones.Among 11 cases of perianal tumors,10 were male dogs, only 1 was Female dogs; The average age of 105 canine neoplasms was 8.73 years, and there were more dogs with tumors aged 5-14.The average age of dogs with mammary gland tumors was 10.18 years. In the 7-11 age group, the incidence of breast tumors was higher. There were 20 breeds of dogs suffering from tumor diseases, including 24 Poodle dogs, accounting for 22.86%(24/105).),followed by 17 cases of Golden Retriever dogs, accounting for 16.19%(17/105),14 cases of Chinese rural dogs, accounting for 13.33%(14/105).It is speculated that the occurrence of tumor has a certain heredity, and it is also related to people’s preference for the variety and urban policy.Different tumor types, clinical symptoms are not the same;analysis of 33 cases of typical tumors, histopathological examination is a traditional method to accurately diagnose tumor disease;Cytological examination is an auxiliary diagnostic method for pet clinical examination, the results showed that tumor cell size is not First, there was a change in the heteromorphism and a change in the ratio of nuclear to cytoplasm.Suspected cancer was a malignant tumor. Some tumors had inflammatory cells.According to different situations, the treatment of tumor diseases takes different approaches. At present, the method of clinical treatment of tumor diseases is mainly surgical resection.Other treatment methods are costly or not ideal, and need to be continuously explored in veterinary clinics. With the development of science and technology, the diagnosis and treatment of pet tumour disease will continue to emerge with new methods and new drugs, such as the detection of tumor markers,CT examinations,MRI and other new methods, which need to be popularized and applied. We must abide by the principle of prevention over treatment and actively adopt comprehensive prevention and control measures to reduce the occurrence of canine cancer diseases.
