China is a large agricultural country.As the primary industry,agriculture is the basis for the development of other industries.Pesticide spraying in agriculture plays an important role in increasing yields.However,spraying pesticides in China's agricultural production is still dominated by traditional backpacks,which wastes a lot of manpower and material resources,and also harms the growth of crops,and even poses a serious threat to water conservation,environmental protection,and the physical health of workers,and brings serious challenges to agricultural health and sustainable development.Due to the limitation of geographical conditions and the high rate of destroying seedlings,the effect of artificial spraying pesticides is not satisfactory.With the rapid advancement of science and technology,plant protection unmanned aerial vehicles are developing rapidly with advantages of high efficiency,good effect,low cost,and greater safety.The market potential in the future cannot be underestimated.The current plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle lacks in styling and human-computer interaction is poor,so the appearance of the plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle and the design of human-computer interaction are particularly important.This paper designs the plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle,improves the appearance design,and achieves a compact structure,efficient operation,and exquisiteness to give a touch to the mind;it also simplifies the human-computer interaction interface and emotional design to improve users' comfort.First of all,with a large number of accesses to information and literature to study the status and development of plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle,and product design requirements were obtained through user research and analysis of competitive products.Then draw the sketch according to the design requirements,and select the best scheme.Based on the Rhino 5.0 modeling software,the exterior design of the plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle and the 3D modeling of the overall structure were completed,and the user interface is designed to match the style of the whole control system.Then,the design of plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle was verified through ergonomics,perceptual engineering and bionics.Finally,the program evaluation was carried out by BP neural network evaluation method.The appearance design of the plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle imitates the shape of the coccinella septempunctata,simple and easy to use human-machine interface,solar energy,and telescopic rotors.It also has a high-resolution camera and infrared detectors to remotely collect field information.It changed the shortcomings of the common plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle with its inflexible appearance,poor human-computer interaction,difficult operation,and single function.At the same time,the plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle with bionic design not only has powerful practical functions,but also contains more profound artistic spirit and value connotation through emotional communication with users on the social,cultural and spiritual levels.
