Mount Mower Remodeling Design

Riding mower is a kind of miniature machine, which can be driven by one person. The aim of design & research is remodeling one old style riding mower, and improving its characteristics, such as the appearance appreciation, the comfortableness of driving and the safety of operation. The modification design & research are mainly on the aspects of appearance, structure, man-machine interface and color, etc. The design of man-machine interface includes: Control system design, Workspace design, Man-machine information interface design and Man-machine environment interface design. On the other hand, as a dangerous cutting machine, the safety design should be a part of the design of riding mowers' man-machine system.The modification design & research is based on modern technology, and combined with mechanics and aesthetics, relied on man-machine engineering of vehicle and relevant theory of industry design. Finally, a series of products have been designed. However, the purpose of the study should be not a certain riding mower, but the design methods and rules for the pleasant engineering machinery (Riding mower), which are worked on the view of man-machine engineering of vehicle and machinery aesthetics, then the research foundation is established to the relevant design in the future.
