| With the development of modern agricultural machinery and the demand for agricultural machinery operation in the field of plugging tray,seeding nursery and transplanting has been higher and higher.The purpose of this study is to reduce the demand for labor in the process of seeding nursery and transplanting,so as to realize the automation in seeding nursery conveying,transplanting and implant operation.For the choice of seeding nursery,the author take watermelon,the popular vegetable & fruit in daily life,as the research target,and take the seedlings automaticly in the process of plugging tray,seeding nursery and transplanting.The process of taking and transplanting the seedlings are as the follows”Plugging tray and the seeding nursery and transplanting,Top loosening and taking seedlings in the plugging tray,Transplanting after seeding nursery,Reseting the device after transplanting”.Realizeing the automation in crops seeding nursery conveying and transplanting,will greatly reduce the the dependence on people and the labor intensity.It also improve the efficiency and quality of transplanting while liberating the labor force.The specific process of designing is as follows:1)The core of the device in plugging tray,seeding nursery and transplanting is seeding and taking the nursery.In order to make the seedling and transplanting device meet the operationg requirements in watermelon’s seeding nursery and transplanting,firstly,after investigating on watermelon’s plugging tray and seeding nursery,I acknowledge that the roots of watermelon in plugging tray and seeding nursery,tightly coiled the nursery substrate,its average height is 50 mm,and the leaf width is 65 mm,and the stem diameter is3.1mm.In order to maximize the watermelon’s survival rate in plugging tray,seeding nursery and transplanting,I’d better take and transplant the seedlings with 3 to 5 leaves.2)At the early stage of the research,I visit and investigate some melon farmers to find the difficulties in seeding nursery and transplanting,so I can design the more suitable device in plugging tray,seeding nursery and transplanting.The design considers the factors like plugging tray,seeding nursery and transplanting,aslo the factors of nursery seedling,picking seedling and transplant seedlings,planting seedlings and the reseting of the device.Using UG software to establish the model,then combined with ADAMS software to dummy cartoon of the process in plugging tray,seeding nursery and transplanting,prototype motion analysis,interference checking,simulation analysis of the kinematics and dynamics.3)Through the analysis of simulation and parameters,I get to know the time for the best effect of watermelon seedling taking and transplanting is when the moisture content is52% ± 2,anti pressure is 7.8N,friction angle is 33 degrees,to meet the operation requirements on nursery seedling,taking,transplanting and implantation. |
