In order to study the effect of physical and chemical properties of seedling on the quality of seedling and the effect of three different additives of perlite,biochar and microbial agents on seedling raising,and to develop the new seedling nursery substrate and study the impact of new seeding nursery substrate on machanizes transplanting and its output.This study mainly includes the following three tests:1,cassava residue,sugarcane filtrate,paddy soil are as raw materials to match different rice seedling nursery substrate.The effects of physical and chemical properties of rice seedling on seedling quality were explored by using Guiyu No.9 as tested varieties.2,the self-breeding seedling nursery substrate(60%sugarcane filter + 30%cassava dregs + 10%paddy soil)were added different ratios of perlite,biochar and different amounts of microbial agents,and by the use of industrial seedlings and with number 9 guiyu as testing variety to study the impact of physical and chemical properties of seedling on the quality of seedling,so as to clarify the potential and value of the three improvement of rice seedling situation and seedling quality.3,by summed up above test data,setting six process of self-research nursery substrate,self-research nursery substrate +(20g/plate)microbial agents,self-research nursery substrate + 4%biochar,self-research nursery substrate +(20g/plate)microbial agent + 4%biochar,commercial nursery substrate and CK(paddy soil)to study the effects of new seedling nursery substrate on its growth and yield of rice by taking foshan youzhan as testing variety.The main results are as follows:1.The change of the physical and chemical properties of the nursery substrate can significantly affect the quality of transplanting seedlings.The decrease of bulk density and the increase of porosity extent significantly increased the fresh weight of seedling,plant height,leaf area and unit volume of seedling,but the root twisting power decreased significantly.But in the range of 2.7mS,the increase of substrate conductivity had a significant effect on plant height,leaf area and fresh weight per unit volume of substrate production.The alkaline hydrolysis N,available P,available K and organic matter greatly effected the plant height,SPAD value,leaf area,and leaf area per unit volume of seedling,yet significant negative correlation was found on root twisting power,among which,available P also had significant or even significantly effects on seedling stem width,leaf age,dry weight of over ground part and rooting ability.2.4%biochar can improve the physical and chemical properties of the nursery substrate,and significantly improve the quality of seedlings.With the increase of the biochar content in the nursery substrate,the nursery substrate capacity decreases,the porosity increases,the conductivity(EC)decreases and the pH changes from acid-stage to alkalinity.increased.With the increase of the biochar content in the nursery substrate,The seedlings height,dry matter on the ground and the underground,and the netting of the root system first increase and then decrease,4%addition is maximizing.3.20g/plate microbial inoculum can significantly improve seedling quality.The addition of microbial fertilizer could significantly increase the plant height and content of rice seedlings.With the increase of microbial fertilizer in the nursery substrate,the accumulation of the ground and underground and unit nursery substrate seedlings fresh weight first increase and then decrease,and with the addition of 20g/plate,the seedlings that above-mentioned reach the maximuum.4.Adding 4%biochar or 20g/plate microbial inoculum to the nursery substrate can promote rice growth and increase rice yield.The tiller microbial fertilizer(20g/plate)+self-study nursery substrate process and 4%biochar +96%self-study nursery substrate was faster than CK paddy field in early and late season in each nursery substrate.The results showed that the leaf area index was higher than that in CK paddy field and the commercial nursery substrate in late season microbial fertilizer(20g/plate)+ self-study nursery substrate process and 4%biochar +96%self-study nursery substrate process.Among two of their leaf area increase faster than commercial matrix in early stage and the decay in last stage are also faster than it.During the end of tillering stage,heading period and accumulation of dry matter at mature period,the growth rate of the microbial fertilizer(20g/plate)+ self-study nursery substrate treatment and 4%Biochar + 96%self-developed nursery substrate treatment has significantly increase compare with CK paddy field and commercial nursery substrate,and some reach a significant level;In late season,microbial agents(20g/plate)+ self-study nursery substrate treatment and 4%Biochar + 96%self-developed nursery substrate treatment has significantly effect of increasing production compare with CK paddy field and commercial substrate treatment,and has reached a significant level between the commercial nursery substrate.
