Ornamental Medical Plants are a kind of wild plants with high medicinal value,high application value and development potential.Micropropagation techniques are used to rapidly increase the number of rare species especially those with reproductive problems or with extremely reduced populations,and will be an effort to release the stress in the wild,and also be a great value of theory and practical applications.In this paper,Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf,Clinacanthus nutans?Burm.f.?Lindau,Tetragonia tetragonioides?Pall.?Kuntze were respectively studied to establish tissue culture and rapid propagation system,the micropropagation techniques will be a great support for large-scale propagation,protection and utilization,what is more,it will also provide a reference for the protection and utilization of other ornamental medical plants.The results were indicated as below:1.The regeneration system of tissue culture of Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf was established by utilizing its in vitro-derived stem as explant.We analyzed the differentiations characteristics of different explants,and discussed affecting factors of tissue culture of hormone,pH,light and addtional nutrient.The results showed the optimal proliferation medium for A.gigantifolia was WPM with 2.0 mg L-1 BAP?0.2mg·L-1 NAA and 0.2 mg L-1 2,4-D.The optimal pH was 6.0,the plantlets grew well when the light was 100?mol·m-2·s-11,1 g·L-1 peptone,50 g·L-1 coconut juice and 50g·L-1 banana were good for cultivating strong seedling,and 50 g·L-1 banana was best.The best rooting medium was MS medium supplemented with 2 mg L-1IBA and 0.5mg L-1 NAA,the rooting rate has reached 83.3%,Plantlets were transplanted to a potting mixture?2:1,coconut coir:sand?in trays with about 95%survival percentage.2.The regeneration system of tissue culture of Clinacanthus nutans was established by utilizing its in vitro-derived stem as explant.We analyzed the differentiations characteristics of explant,and discussed affecting factors of tissue culture of hormone and additional nutrient.The results showed the optimal proliferation medium for C.nutans was MS with 1.0 mg L-1 BAP and 0.1 mg·L-1NAA.The plantlets grew well when the organics was adding,0.5 g·L-1 peptone,30g·L-1 coconut juice and 30 g·L-11 banana were good for cultivating strong seedling.A rooting medium composed of MS with 0.5 mg·L-1 NAA and 2.0 mg·L-1 IBA provided90%rooting and vigourous plantlets.Plantlets were transplanted to a potting mixture?3:2:2:1,peat:coconut coir:perlite:sand?in trays with about 97%survival percentage.3.The regeneration system of tissue culture of Tetragonia tetragonioides?Pall.?Kuntze was established by utilizing its in vitro-derived stem as explant.The results showed that the MS medium combined 0.5 mg·L-1 BAP with 0.1 mg·L-1 NAA was most suitable for adventitious buds induction from stem of T.tetragonioides,and the optimal pH was 5.8-6.0,and the highest induction percentage was 96.7%,the number of shoots per explant was 11.75.half-strength MS medium contained 0.5mg·L-11 BAP and 0.1 mg·L-1 NAA was best for multiplication and growth of adventitious buds.Rooting of shoots was achieved on medium on half-strength MS salts and supplemented with 2.0 mg·L-1 IAA and 0.5 mg·L-11 NAA.Plantlets were transplanted to a potting mixture?2:2:1,sand:vermiculite:peat?in trays with about 86%survival percentage.
