Natural forest refers to the natural community formed by plants during the long term development.The plant communities in urban green space are mainly natural forests and plantations.They are the basis for the protection of urban green ecosystems and an important part of ecosystem services.The number of urban green space in southern China is more,and most of the green land is reformed by artificial forests,and some of the mountain areas are natural forests.However,there are few comparative studies on the plant diversity of natural forests,semi natural forests and plantations in urban green space in southern China.In this study,Baguang area of Shenzhen city as the research object,through field investigation of plant community structure in the region of the different types of means using the research methods of ecology and field investigation,literature review,data processing,analysis of these different types of plant community structure and biodiversity,and the characteristics of plant resources in content so,found in the forest land,land of natural forest,semi natural forest and artificial forest is the optimization scheme,and these plant resources protection and utilization,in order to optimize the structure of land protection and vegetation in South China coastal areas and even other city,and abundance of plants increased resources,better protection and utilization of plant resources and provide a theoretical reference.The main results are as follows:1.There are 63 families,144 genera and 183 species of plants in 11 plots of Baguang area.Compared with the whole Baguang area,there are not many species,but the proportion of their genera and species is large,indicating that their genetic diversity is large.In terms of plant composition,plant communities in natural forest communities were higher than those in Artificial Eucalyptus forest communities,and natural forest species and tree species were larger than those in semi natural forests.The tree layer of natural forests and semi natural forest communities in 11 plots is Schimasuperba?Casuarinaequisetifolia?Aporusa dioica?Bridelia tomentosasoil honey tree and the important value of distribution is more uniform,and eucalyptus with willow Eucalyptus saligna.And the important value of human factors is very concentrated,showed that the composition of Eucalyptus forest seriously affect plant community structure,the species is single.11 plots in shrub layer isHeritiera littoralis?Rhodomyrtustomentosa?Psychotria rubra?Machilus pingii as the main,and the 11 plots of the plant species were more.2.On the whole,the level of plant community diversity in Shenzhen area is medium.The Shannon-Wiener of these 11 communities are at a low level,but they are still relatively high compared with some urban greenbelts.The shrub layer diversity index of these 11 communities is higher than that of the other two levels,which may be less disturbed by human activities and stronger self renewing ability,so the diversity is high,and the richness index of these shrub layers is higher than the other two levels.In different communities,artificial forest community species richness index was the lowest,the tree layer mainly in willow eucalyptus with Ma Zhan Acacia,herbaceous layer mainly dominated the rapid growth and dicranopterisdichotoma,inhibition of other native plant growth,so the plantation species richness index is very low.3.The use of plant resources in Shenzhen Baguang area was studied.The richness and diversity of plant resources between natural forest,semi natural forest and plantations and the difference of the contents of rare plants were compared and analyzed.The reference was provided for protecting natural forests,protecting and rationally utilizing native plant resources.4.Based on the investigation of plant community structure and investigation and analysis of species resources,the strategies for optimizing community structure were put forward,including basic strategies such as no intervention,natural replacement and artificial forest cutting.At the same time,according to the specific community structure of the 11 communities,the diversity transformation strategy of each community was put forward.
