Forest residue refers to the residues left over from cuttings,such as twigs,shoots,windbreaks,barks,roots and roots,standing trees and shrubs.According to the analysis,the utilization potential of forest residues is huge.At present,the utilization rate of forest residues in China is still relatively low,and related forestry enterprises lack the concept of scientific utilization of forest residue.To clean up and use the residues on the land of cuttings not only can obtain economic benefits,but also can improve the environmental sanitation of forest land,prevent the occurrence of forest diseases,insect pests and fires,and benefit the ecological regeneration of the forest.Therefore,effective measures should be adopted to scientifically use the harvested residues to ease the shortage of timber supply in our country and promote the economic development of the forest area.For small-scale residue collection and transportation,good passability and flexibility should be ensured.Combining with the status quo and demand of China's forestry transportation equipment,design a simple small-sized track-type felling remnant transporter.The felling transporter consists of a cab,a tracked undercarriage,a tilting device,a rear travelling mechanism assembly and a hydraulic control system.The track walking mechanism and the turning device are the core technology of the residue transportation vehicle.Whether it is reasonable or not,it directly affects the performance of the entire vehicle and the work efficiency.The main purpose of this paper is to complete the three-dimensional design and virtual assembly of the machine and perform the dynamic simulation analysis of the turning device part according to the actual needs.Understand and analyze the development status and development trend of domestic and international freight transport aircraft,summarize and summarize them,and make overall understanding of the structural composition of transport vehicles.Analyze the working requirements and working environment of the harvesting residue transport vehicle,comprehensive consideration of a number of theoretically adopted alternative plans,determination of the overall plan of the machine,and completion of the overall layout of the vehicle assembly.Taking full consideration of the particularity of the operation of dedicated transporters for felling residues,the design concept of the planar four-bar mechanism as the turnover mechanism is adopted.Based on the basic principle of the four-bar linkage design,the rational design of the inverting device assembly is carried out.During the process of building a virtual prototype,the UG NX 10.0 software uses the powerful 3D solid modeling function and the mechanism motion simulation and analysis functions to model the parts carriers of the residue transporter,and then build each component.The model is assembled,an overall virtual prototype of the transport vehicle is established,and motion simulation is performed to complete the modification and optimization of the virtual model of the key turnover mechanism.Finally,ANSYS Workbench 15.0 software was used to perform finite element analysis on the flipped support beam of the main carrier of the inverting device of the transport vehicle.The results showed that under static loading,the stress and displacement maps of the inverting support beam along the X,Y,and Z axes were obtained,and the equivalent effect was obtained.The force,total displacement,and equivalent strain cloud diagrams are used to check whether the inverted support beam meets the requirements in terms of strength and stiffness.
