With the development of science and technology, we can change the traditional way of feeding and directly improve peasants picking on the income and reduce due to the casualties caused by plucking trees. To the benefit of stabilizing the society and improving the working environment, with farmers good social benefits.This paper is to study the mechanical relevant data and picking on the basis of the theory of mechanical design.and with using 3d modeling software Pro/E to establish the three-dimensional modeling of arm for nuts, to simulation research and get the reasonable picking arm. By using the large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS to conduct the static analysis and modal analysis and the transient dynamic analysis. According to the reslut of the theoretical basis and reference optimum design the picking arm.This thesis mainly content:(1) Using Pro/E established three-dimensional model of the picking arm, picking and realize it movement simulation and analysis, According to the results of the analysis to optimize the structure size picking arm with its reasonable design of manipulator 3d model.(2) Expounds the basic principle of finite element method and the basic characteristics of the software ANSYS, It provide theoretical basis of finite element analysis for using software to design the arm and vice.(3) Using finite element method, according to the actual situation established the finite element model by using ANSYS software. We can get the maximum stress and maximum total structure deformation on the arm and vice.It provide reasonable and economic utilization of materials for further optimization design.(4) By the arm finite element modal analysis, can get the structure of each order natural frequency and vibration mode, and timely vibration problem that modified design. Through dynamics analysis and finite element analysis, It can obtain a series of information. The information and the arm and static analysis results is very good guidance for the deputy to the design research arm.(5) It manufacture prototype except for structure design and simulation research. It verify the accuracy of the picking arm of optimization design by Pro/E and confirm the reasonableness of the data offed from finite element analysis.
