With the rapid advance of nationwide land consolidation,the problems of high standard farmland construction have been reached initial results,grain yield having been greatly promoted,farmland quality also having been improved.But now,the farmland environment is always ignored,and its ecosystem faces the huge challenges.Grain yield and farmland quality are important,while,at the same time of improving the farmland quantity and quality,the improvement of the farmland ecological environment is also very urgent.At present,most of the land consolidation projects,which have been implemented in Henan province,are neglected the ecological problems of farmland,and it is very necessary to carry out the research on the ecological farmland consolidation mode.In order to improve the ecological function in the process of farmland consolidation,protecting and improving the farmland ecological environment,ensuring the farmland ecotope safely,this study adopted the index correction model and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),evaluated the farmland ecological safety situations of Henan province,from the factors the supply and demand of water resources,the deterioration of soil character,pollution of surface source and serious soil and water loss,which affecting the ecological environment of farmland.Through the spatial overlay analysis for the results which affected by several obstacle factors to the ecological farmland safety and zoning of obstacle factors,this study puts forward the ecological farmland consolidation model of sustainable development in Henan province.In order to provide reference for farmland consolidation in Henan,it has the theoretical guiding significance and practical advantage to realize its sustainable development.From this study we have drawn the following conclusions:(1)According to the comprehensive score of farmland ecological safety evaluation in Henan province,its standard deviation is 16.2,the mean value is 46.93,the median is 44.70,which basically conforms to the normal distribution.The highest score zone of farmland ecological safety evaluation is Zhengyang County,and its lowest score is distributed in Lushi,Luanchuan and Huixian County,The best of farmland ecological safety in Henan is distributed in Zhumadian city and the north of Xinyang city;and the worst is distributed in Sanmenxia city,the south of Luoyang city and around Taihang mountain.The overall distribution of farmland ecological safety evaluation results is present in which the north and west of Henan province is not safe,and it of the south and east of Henan is relatively safe.(2)The whole province farmland ecological safety is at moderate to lower level.There is only one county in the most safe level,30 counties or cities in the safer level,with 20 counties or cities near the security level,50 counties or cities in less safe areas level,and 23 counties or cities in highly unsafe areas level.(3)The main factors affecting the farmland ecological safety in Henan province are 4 indexes which are Terrain slope(S1),annual precipitation(S2),soil profile character(S3)and soil erosion degree(U2).(4)According to the effect of obstacle factors on ecological farmland,combining with the method of its developable consolidation project,this study separately divided terrain slope into three regions,namely Level 1 grade,Level 2 grade and Level 3 grade,annual precipitation into Full well irrigation area,Full ditch irrigation area,Full mixed irrigation area,Inadequate irrigation area and Ban well irrigation area,soil profile character into Strong disturbance to farming area,Protected farming area,Planting structure adjustment area,Returning farmland area and Unlimited area,and soil erosion degree into soil erosion area and non-soil erosion area.(5)According to the spatial overlay results after four obstacle factors partitioning,this study divided 6 regions of the ecological farmland consolidation which are S2 obstacle type,S2-U2 obstacle type,S2-S3 obstacle type,S2-S3-U2 obstacle type,S1-S2-U2 obstacle type,S1-S2-S3-U2 obstacle type,in Henan.(6)With combined characteristics of 4 ecological farmland obstacle factors,this study put forward several consolidation engineering measure based on Terrain slope(S1),annual precipitation(S2),soil profile character(S3)and soil erosion degree(U2).(7)With considered the distribution of ecological farmland consolidation sections in Henan province and its consolidation engineering measure,this study came to with 6 ecological farmland consolidation modes for the province.
