This paper mainly studies the growth characteristics,yield and quality of alfalfa under drip irrigation mode.Taking the alfalfa planting base of Ningxia Bairuiyuan as the experimental point,the effects of different drip irrigation quotas on the growth,yield and quality of alfalfa are studied,and the appropriate drip irrigation quota is selected.To explore the development direction of water-saving irrigation,and provide theoretical basis and technical support for the improvement of production and efficiency of east Helan mountain area.The main findings are as follows:1.Using the comparative test method,the growth characteristics and yield of alfalfa under the conditions of three varieties of Ningqi No.7,No.l and No.9,white soil and loam soil and three kinds of drip irrigation irrigation quotas(15,23,30mm)And quality has been tested.The results showed that when the irrigation quota was 665mm,Ningqi No.7,No.1 and No.9 had fester growth and stronger photosynthesis.The relative content of chlorophyll was the fruiting period>flowering and fruiting period>autumn fruit harvesting period,and the potential evapotranspiration during the whole growth period was 837.39mm,which was from flowering to fruiting stage to fruiting stage.Period-autumn fruit harvesting period>new growth period-flowering fruit setting period>germination stage-new growth period>autumn fruit harvesting period-deciduous period.The actual water demand increases with the increase of drip irrigation quota,and the crop coefficient decreases with the decrease of drip irrigation quota.As the irrigation quota increases,yhe yield increases,and when the irrigation quota is 665 mm,the dry fruit yield is higher and the quality is better.2.Using the comparative test method,Ningqi No.7,No.1 and No.9 were selected as test varieties,Baijiang soil and loam soil,and the same irrigation quota was set to test the difference between alfalfa varieties.The results showed that when the drip irrigation quota was 15mm,the yield of No.7 variety on loam and Baijiang soil was higher.When the drip irrigation quota is 23mm,the soil is white soil,the yield of No.l variety is higher;the soil is loam,and the yield of No.7 variety is higher.When the drip irrigation quota is 30mm,the soil is white soil,the yield of No.7 variety is higher;the soil is loam,and the yield of No.9 variety is higher.Under the same drip irrigation quota,there were significant differences in soluble sugar and polysaccharide content among different cultivars,and the differences in ?-carotene,total sugar and betaine variance analysis were not significant.When the drip irrigation quota was 15mm,the soluble sugar content of No.9 variety on loam and Baijiang soil was higher.When the drip irrigation quota was 23mm,the soluble sugar content of No.7 variety on loam and Baijiang soil was higher.When the drip irrigation quota is 30mm,the soil is white soil,the soluble sugar content of No.7 variety is higher,the soil is loam,and the soluble sugar content of No.9 variety is higher.Under the same drip irrigation quota,the actual water requirement of the plant was not significantly changed(not more than 1%),and the crop coefficients were not significantly different(not more than 1%).3.Using the comparative test method,Ningqi No.7,No.1 and No.9 were selected as the experimental variety,Baijiang soil and loam soil,and the same irrigation quota was set to test the difference of different soils.The results showed that under the same irrigation quota,the loam soil was better than Baijiang soil.The alfalfa plants planted on the loam soil had stronger net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate than the alfalfa plants planted on the Baijiang soil.When the drip irrigation quota is 15mm,the yield of planting alfalfa on the loam of No.7,No.1 and No.9 is higher;when the drip irrigation quota is 23mm,the yield of planting alfalfa on the loam of No.7 and No.9 varieties is higher,and the No.1 variety is planted on the Baijiang soil.The yield of alfalfa was higher,when the drip irrigation quota is 30mm,the yield of alfalfa on the loam of No.9 variety was higher,and the yield of alfalfa on the No.7 and No.1 varieties was higher.Planting on white soil,the difference of soluble sugar content and polysaccharide content was significant,and the difference of ?-carotene,total sugar and betaine variance analysis was not significant;planting on loam,the difference of soluble sugar content and polysaccharide content was significant,?-arotene,total sugar,and betaine analysis of variance were not significant.Under the same drip irrigation quota,the actual water demand of different soil sorghum plants did not change significantly(not more than 1%),and the crop coefficients did not differ significantly(not more than 1%).
