Study On The Effect Of Ecological Compensatory Award Of Returning Pasture To Grass On Farmers' Behavior

"13th Five-Year" period(2016-2020 year)is called the new national implementation pasture land rehabilitation ecological compensation policies,the compensation award standards have greatly improved.The new round of prairie subsidy policy,as a major decision made by the Central Committee to make overall plans for Chinese economic and social development,it is of great strategic significance to accelerate the construction of ecological civilization and build a well-off society in an all-round way and safeguarding national unity and stability.In this paper,it is of great practical significance to study the implementation effect of the ecological subsidy policy of returning pasture and grass.To make up the reward policy farmers are the direct participants in the policy of "returning grazing to Grassland".Starting from the research of farmers' behavior is worthwhile to evaluate the implementation effect of the policy of returning the pasture to the grasslands.This paper is based on the theory of mechanism design and incentive,to explore the grassland ecological compensation mechanism of farmers' behavior award conduction,influence mechanism,effect and incentive effect on farmers,aquaculture farmers grazing substitution behavior compliance and the production way of life.The 346 household survey data of Ningxia pastoral zone based on the application of Logit two value regression model to analyze the farmers' participation in housing,Artificial Forage reward projects bring influence factors for breeding alternative behavior,using propensity score matching evaluation of the two kinds of incentive effect on the scale of farming project policy and descriptive analysis the to analyze the impact factors of farmers' grazing compliance and the production way of life through the selection of appropriate index.On this basis,according to the farming grazing transitional zone in Ningxia is proposed to further improvement to the pasture ecological compensation mechanism,and improve the farmers' grazing award compliance advice.Study on the innovation of this paper lies in the following three aspects:one is the innovation of research perspective,according to the Pasture Ecological Compensation Policy—farmer behavior Award-conduction main research policy objectives to achieve expansion;another is the innovation of the research contents,mainly including the influence farmers breeding alternative behavior factors,effect farmers' grazing compliance;the last is the innovation of research method,the propensity score matching model is applied to the evaluation of pasture land rehabilitation reward policy effect.
