Study On The Effect Of Farmers’ Use Of Agricultural Production Trusteeship Service On Agricultural Green Development Benefit

The green development of agriculture is a long-term strategic task.With the continuous improvement of agricultural production technology,agricultural and rural economy has developed rapidly.However,due to the continuous intensification of resource shortage,environmental pollution and other factors,the sustainability of traditional agriculture has been greatly restricted,resulting in the traditional high-consumption and high-pollution agricultural production mode is no longer applicable.Therefore,to realize the sustainable development of agriculture,we need to change the agricultural production mode so as to promote the improvement of agricultural quality and efficiency.Agricultural production trusteeship service as an important way to promote the connection of small farmers to modern agriculture,its proportion in agricultural production is increasingly large,facing the current problems faced by our agricultural green development,whether agricultural production trusteeship service to help realize the sustainable development of agriculture is very important.Therefore,from the perspective of agricultural production trusteeship service,it will become the core of current research to study the relationship between agricultural production trusteeship and agricultural green development,and explore whether it has an impact on the green development benefits of agricultural production and life.In view of this,after clearly defining the concept and theoretical basis,this paper takes grain planting farmers in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province as the research object.Based on the survey data of farmers in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province from June to July2021,this paper uses Logit model to analyze the influencing factors of farmers’ participation in agricultural production trust,and adopts propensity score matching(PSM)method.This paper empirically analyzed the effect of agricultural production trusteeship service on farmers’ green development benefits.In addition,the effects of household heterogeneity and trusteeship service heterogeneity on agricultural green development efficiency were studied.The results show that:(1)The age of the respondents,the land management area and the highest education level of the family members were all factors influencing farmers’ participation in agricultural production trusteeship service.Among them,the age of the respondents,the highest education level of the family members,the type of farmers and the land management area all had a significant positive impact on farmers’ adoption of agricultural production trusteeship service.Whether the head of the household is a Party member or not and whether the village cadres organize the land has a significant negative impact on the use of agricultural production trusteeship service.(2)In the study of the impact of farmers’ use of agricultural production trusteeship service on the development benefits of agricultural green production,it is found that farmers’ participation in purchasing agricultural production trusteeship service can significantly promote farmers to reduce the use of pesticides and fertilizers,and at the same time can significantly increase grain yield,thus increasing the total income of agriculture.(3)In terms of heterogeneity research,the results of household heterogeneity show that after farmers aged 55 and below,those with junior middle school or above,and those with farming experience of 40 years or below participate in the agricultural production trust service,the degree of impact on input cost per mu,yield and income is significantly higher than that of other types of farmers.In terms of planting scale,farmers with 10 mu or more participating in the trusteeship service have a significant effect on economic benefits,while the effect on environmental benefits is lower than that of farmers with less than 10 mu.It is found that the application of fertilizer service by farmers has more obvious promoting effect on agricultural green development benefit.Therefore,in order to better achieve the goal of green production benefits of agricultural production trusteeship,this paper proposes to optimize the service system of agricultural production trusteeship,strengthen the training of farmers’ agricultural skills,strengthen the leadership role of cadres and other policy suggestions,so as to enhance the participation enthusiasm of farmers.
