The problems of low precipitation, low water and fertilizer utilization, and low soil fertility in the Hongsipu area of Ningxia have gradually become the main limiting factors in the production process of local Lycium barbarum. In order to increase the utilization rate of water and fertilizers, increase soil fertility, increase Lycium barbarum production, and improve Lycium barbarum quality, the area is promoted. The rapid development of the industry has provided strong theoretical guidance. From 2016 to 2017,the 3-year-old oyster "Ningqi No.7" was used as the experimental material at the source planting base in Hongsipu District,Ningxia, and field experiments were conducted to study the coupling effect of water and fertilizers.Effects of soil fertilization on the growth, development, yield and quality of Lycium barbarum and dynamic distribution of dry matter and nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium accumulations in Lycium barbarum under drip irrigation conditions, further clarifying the law of water requirement and fertilizer application and the integration of water and fertilizer and soil fertigation methods in Hongsipu District. To provide theoretical scientific basis for the high yield, high quality and efficient cultivation of the industry in the production area. The results of the paper show that:(1)The water and fertilizer synergies under water and fertilizer integration technology are conducive to the improvement of yield and quality of Lycium barbarum. When water and fertilizer are combined at an irrigation volume of 2850 m3/hm2 and a drip application rate of 600 kg/hm2,the plant growth is best promoted. At the same time,it can significantly increase the yield of Lycium barbarum. At this time, the yield of Lycium barbarum is 2593.65 kg/hm.(2)Fertilization is the most commonly used nutrient management measure for improving crop nutrition.Compared with no fertilization, application of drip-fertilizer,organic-inorganic compound fertilizer and application of bio-organic fertilizer can all promote the growth of Lycium barbarum plants;Organic manure significantly promoted the growth of the high crown width of the Lycium barbarum. At this time, the fresh dry weight of the Lycium barbarum was the highest, and the fresh-dried ratio was the highest, which was 7.06.Fertilization can promote the single-grain weight and vertical and horizontal diameters of loquat fruits. The single-grain weight of loquat fruit with sheep manure-based bio-organic fertilizer was the largest, reaching 1.25 g.At this time, the output of loquat dried fruit was the largest, reaching 2853.3 kg/hm2.The application of bio-organic fertilizer treatment significantly improved the quality of dried and dried fruit compared with the application of drip-fertilizer and organic-inorganic compound fertilizers. This shows that sheep manure-based bio-organic fertilizer is the best material in the production of Lycium barbarum, which can not only promote the growth and development of alfalfa plants, improve yield and improve quality, but also fertilize the soil, improve soil fertility, and improve soil physical and chemical properties.(3)In order to meet the demand for nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrients at each stage of the growth stage, the nutrient diagnosis was carried out in each period, and the nutrient contents and dynamic distribution of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in each part of the Lycium barbarum plants at each growth stage were determined. The amount of N,P2O5,and K2O that should be applied to Putian from the bud to the leaf stage is 63.97 kg/hm2,6.89 kg/hm2,and 23.74 kg/hm2,respectively,from the leaf stage to the first fruit stage.During the period, the amount of N,P2O5,and K2O that should be applied are 3.7 kg/hm2,4.28 kg/hm2,and 0.76 kg/hm2,respectively;from the initial fruit stage to full fruit stage, the amounts that should be applied to N,P2O5,and K2O are 35.18 kg/hm2,13.94 kg/hm2,15.77 kg/hm2;From full fruit period to dormancy period, the amount of N,P2O5,and K20 that should be applied is 8.09 kg/hm2,6.19 kg/hm2,4.86 kg/hm2 respectively; From the dormancy period to the autumn fruit period, the amounts of N,P2O5,and K2O that should be applied were 58.83 kg/hm2,8.57 kg/hm2,and 14.31 kg/hm2,respectively.Therefore,the total amount of N,P2O5,and K20 to be applied to the soil during the entire three-year period of Ningqi No.7 was 169.77 kg/hm2,39.87 kg/hm2,and 59.44 kg/hm2,respectively.
