Phosphoric acid will produce solid waste called phosphogypsum in the process of production,which not only pollutes the ecological environment,but also causes a great economic burden to the phosphoric acid production enterprises.There are many saline-alkali land in Ningxia area.Phosphogypsum can be used as land improvement agent to improve saline-alkali land and make it suitable for crop growth.The moisture content of phosphogypsum is higher than that of common fertilizer,and there will be clogging in the process of fertilization.There is no fertilization machine for phosphogypsum at present.In order to improve the mechanical efficiency of fertilization,it is of great significance to design a fertilizer machine that meets the requirements of phosphogypsum fertilization.In view of the mechanization demand of phosphogypsum fertilization,according to the agronomic requirements of phosphogypsum fertilization,and referring to the working principle of the existing granular fertilizer fertilization machine,the overall scheme of the phosphorous gypsum deep ploughing fertilizing machine was first designed,then the fertiliser box body and agitating mechanism were designed.The dragon-conveying mechanism,fertiliser mechanism,trench opener,ground wheel,soil cladding device,frame and transmission system were designed and selected.The 3D model of the product was designed with SolidWorks software.In the design of the scheme,Triz theory is applied to the key functional components of phosphogypsum fertiliser,which include mixing mechanism,dragon conveyer and fertiliser mechanism.A precision fertilizer application mechanism was designed.According to the physical properties of phosphogypsum,a kind of scraper type fertiliser is put forward.The discrete element method is used to establish the particle model,to simulate its movement in the fertilization box,to analyze whether there is a clogging phenomenon,to calculate the amount of fertilizer applied,to determine the reasonable parameters of the fertilizing machine,and to provide theoretical data for the design of the fertilizing machine.The fertiliser of phosphogypsum fertilizer machine uses the mechanical transmission system,the trench opener of the phosphogypsum fertilizing machine and the hydraulic system of three point suspension.Finally,a phosphogypsum deep tillage fertilization machine was obtained,which can meet the agronomic requirements of phosphogypsum fertilization.Finally,the dynamic simulation analysis of the mechanical transmission system of the fertiliser of phosphogypsum fertilization machine was carried out by ADAMS software.The results of simulation show that each shaft in the mechanical transmission system of phosphate gypsum fertilization machine meets the design requirements.On the basis of simulation,the experiment platform of fertiliser discharging device is made.
