The effective application of innovative design is the forerunner of agricultural machinery equipment development.With the continuous development of the market,the demand of modern agriculture for agricultural machinery and equipment is analyzed.Based on the demand of consumers for agricultural machinery and equipment,the deficiencies of rotary tiller in appearance,human-machine interaction and technological innovation are further analyzed,so as to improve the innovative application of rotary tiller.For the function of agricultural equipment design,due to the limitation of material,structure,process,in the agricultural equipment design,product modelling should meet the requirements of product function,fully embody the function of using rationality,agreeableness and environment adaptability,must fully consider the form of structure,material,technology and other conditions.on this basis,the design has a good product.Agricultural machinery and equipment were listed in the top ten key areas of made in China 2025.In order to improve the quality of agricultural machinery products,the innovative design method of rotary tiller based on TRIZ theory was proposed.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the basic theory of kansei engineering,the kansei vocabulary pairs were obtained by analyzing the design objects and using the SD survey method,and the representative sample database was constructed to extract the key set features of the rotary cultivator,and the kansei intention model was obtained by mapping.The semantic difference and principal component analysis were used to quantify the perceptual image vocabulary and reduce the dimensions,so as to optimize the comprehensive variables representing the user needs.(2)Using TRIZ theory under the product perceptual image,the invention principle of the appearance structure and function technology of rotary tiller was described,and on the basis of further contradiction analysis,the improvement explanation was proposed,and the innovative design of agricultural machinery products was carried out by combining the industrial design theory.(3)In order to optimize product modeling design,a multidisciplinary optimization modeling model was proposed,which integrated ergonomics,product morphology semantics and color theory.Through three-dimensional parametricmodeling and human factor analysis,the rationality of form and color was objectively evaluated by eye movement analysis,so as to obtain the final product design scheme.(4)In order to demonstrate the reliability of innovative design,the design scheme and typical samples were selected through the use of chromatography,and the design scheme was evaluated objectively and quantitatively according to the user demand to select the better design scheme.To sum up,this paper analyzed and evaluated the innovative design of rotary tiller from multiple perspectives,studied the difficult to measure aesthetic and user's inner needs,and applied the method of engineering,and scientifically evaluated the innovative design scheme with quantitative data.It provides a scientific,simple and convenient method for the design and evaluation of agricultural machinery products.
