The grass industry in our country is an emerging industry.In the middle of the grass industry,in the grass product manufacture craft the most core content is the drying in transit.The overseas large-scale dry equipment construction cost high,the energy cost is high,does not suit our country forage grass planter scale to change in a big way,plants the place far away and so on the characteristics.The dry process harvest is our country forage grass dry main craft,when it exists the field air-dries the weather influence serious and when the field direct fagoting does the material loss factor high question.The research and development conforms to our country national condition clean energy scale integration dry equipment already is the tendency.The domestic researcher proposed in the dry process harvest foundation the aqueous method harvest craft,namely air-dries certain time in the field,when the forage grass moisture content achieved about 50%when again carries on drying,this method solved the dry efficiency to a certain extent low,the dry material lost the major problem,simultaneously also has the dry uniformity bad,the energy use factor low question;In view of this question,this article in studies the TRIZ theory in the foundation,utilized this theory and the Fluent simulation method has conducted the research,the concrete content was as follows: Using MPV,the S curve and the evolution principle,proposed one kind solves the question flow based on the demand;And utilized this flow to obtain the drying apparatus amount of wind along with improvement directions and so on time variation;The use functional analysis and the cause and effect analysis tool,determined between the sloppy bunch of drying apparatus module exists the insufficiency and the harmful function,as well as the grass bundles to the hot blast guidance insufficiency and so on the key question;In view of insufficient,harmful function and key question,utilizes the technical contradiction and the object field model separately,proposed the sloppy bunch of center adds the negative pressure installment,the intermittent dry grass bundles and so on the concept plans,and to horizontal vertical two to and so on the concept plans has carried on the detailed design;Using the Fluent simulation software,separately entered the wind dry way to about,horizontal vertical two to enters the wind dry way and so on five dry ways to carry on the simulation,obtained in the internal hollow two-direction inlet model is obtained as the optimal model.
