In this paper,aiming at the problem of micro-irrigation of sediment containing water in the Yellow River irrigation area,basing on the Ningxia University's sandy water filtration experiment base,a PVC perforated water pipe+non-woven+quartz sand+soil+sandless concrete pipe was designed using a comparative experiment method.Non-woven fabric + quartz sand + non-woven fabric non-full-flow filtration equipment with two kinds of sediments,and experimental study filtration effect,provide theoretical basis for the promotion of micro-irrigation of sediment-bearing water in the Yellow River Basin,and it is important for the construction of modern ecological irrigation areas.significance.The results of the study are as follows:(1)Designed and developed "PVC perforated water filter tube + non-woven fabric + quartz sand +soil" sandy water non-full-flow filtration device,incompletely containing 2 kg/m3 of sand containing water in a fixed water head 5cm Flow filtration experiments showed that when the three sets of devices were used to filter water separately,the flow rate of filtered water per unit time and per unit length of pipes was ranked as follows:Treatment 2(6.99 L/h/m)>Treatment 1(6.07 L/h)/m)>Treatment 3(248 L/h/m);the maximum sediment concentration of the three filter units is 0.43 kg/m3,corresponding to the maximum sediment particle size of 0.12?0.14 mm(occupies 0.05%of the total sediment content in the filtered water)The sediment content of the filtered water gradually decreases with time.After 7 days,the sediment content of the filtered water is too small to be measured by the instrument.The filtered water can be used for drip irrigation.In the filtered water,the size of sediments larger than 0.1 mm accounted for about 0.4%,and the removal rate of sand was more than 95.5%.The filtered water flow showed a decreasing trend with time.The device operated for 113 days,and the filtered water flow was reduced to the initial filtered water flow rate.50%,after which the filtered water flow is basically stable.(2)Designed and developed "non-sand concrete pipe + non-woven + quartz sand + non-woven"sandy water non-full-flow filtration device for non-full-flow filtration of lake water containing 0.5 kg/m3 of sediment The results show that:under variable head conditions,the filtered water flow increases with the increase of the water head.In the experimental environment,the water head is up to 52 cm,corresponding to the filtered water flow of 5.3 m3/h,and the water pump can continuously pump for 11 h continuously.The maximum sediment concentration in the filtered water is 0.24 kg/m3,corresponding to the largest sediment particle size in the filtered water is 0.26?0.28 mm(occupies 0.07%of the total sediment content in the filtered water),and the filtered water contains>0.1 The particle size of mm is about 6.16%.The filtered water quality of the device can be used for micro-sprinkler irrigation and sprinkler irrigation;The filtered water can be used for drip irrigation after the 160 mesh(96?m)filter.The water head is between 40-53 cm.The filtered water flow rate of the device can be guaranteed to be 2.85-3.45 m3/h or more,and continuous effluent is 9.2 h.
