| The Yellow River is relatively scarce in water resources.In recent years,with the development of the economy and society in the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River basin,the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in the Yellow River basin has become increasingly severe.At the same time,there is also a serious waste of water resources in some areas,including the Yellow River irrigation area in the lower reaches of the Yellow River.It is of great significance to evaluate the water-saving potential of irrigation areas and implement water-saving transformation to alleviate the shortage of Farm water.This paper selects typical irrigation areas in Henan and Shandong provinces to carry out specific research,clarify the impact of key factors such as the location of irrigation areas,local water resources,runoff change of the Yellow River,planting structure adjustment,irrigation methods and the use of water-saving appliances on agricultural water consumption and water-saving amount,propose a method for evaluating water-saving potential of irrigation areas under the condition of large-scale and multiple irrigation areas,and establish the water cycle process model of irrigation areas from the Yellow River,Analyze the impact of the Yellow River runoff process and water-saving transformation measures on the water consumption of the Yellow River diversion irrigation area,and quantitatively evaluate the water-saving potential of the Yellow River diversion irrigation area in the lower reaches of the Yellow River.The main research results of the paper are as follows:(1)Using data from various departments in Henan and Shandong provinces,including water use,runoff from the lower reaches of the Yellow River,cultivated land area,and planting structure,this study analyzes the development of water-saving agriculture in the Yellow River irrigation areas in the lower reaches of the Yellow River.The results show that since 2007,the cultivated land area in both provinces has decreased slightly while maintaining overall stability.However,the effective irrigation area and water-saving irrigation area of farmland have been on the rise,and grain production and income have continued to increase.The development of water-saving agriculture has achieved certain results.(2)Using data such as water level,groundwater level,and permeability coefficient in the lower reaches of the Yellow River,a groundwater lateral seepage analysis model is constructed to analyze and calculate the lateral seepage volume of the suspended river in the lower reaches of the Yellow River.The results show that the annual amount of groundwater supplied by seepage in the lower reaches of the Yellow River ranges from 600 to 10 billion cubic meters.The width of seepage supply in the upper reaches of the Yellow River is 7-9km,and the downstream is 3-5 km.The supply intensity is 3.75m~3/d/m upstream and 0.63m~3/d/m downstream.(3)Based on the concept of water-saving potential and crop water demand,the water-saving potential of the lower Yellow River is evaluated from three aspects:irrigation system,planting structure,and irrigation engineering.The results show that all three water-saving schemes can produce significant water-saving effects.When combined,the maximum water saving value is 1672326400 m~3,and the water-saving potential range of the Yellow River Diversion Irrigation Area in the lower reaches of the Yellow River is 36-167 million m~3. |
