| The heat requirement of deciduous fruit trees directly affects it’s budding time,correctly understanding of the change rule of the heat requirement has important significance.In order to investigate the change rule of the heat requirement of facility grape in Ningxia,using 16 general fresh grape varieties in Ningxia as materials,study the effect of temperature environment on the heat requirement of grape,discuss the relationship between heat requirement model an heat requirement model,state the relationship between heat requirement and low temperature accumulation;using grape dormant branches as materials,study the effect of high temperature and variable temperature on the germination process and heat requirement of dormant buds of grape,discuss the effects of high temperature and variable temperature on bud expansion、bud green and leaf expansion,state the effects of high temperature and variable temperature on heat requirement of grape;using the Red Earth grape as materials,study the effect of soil temperature on the heat requirement of grape,discuss the influence of soil temperature on grape germination and heat requirement,the model of dynamic change of heat requirement was put forward and test.The results are as follows:(1)The results of estimating the heat requirement of facility grape by 9 different models were different,in addition to the effective accumulated temperature model,the other 8 models have higher value in glass greenhouse,and the inter varietal variation coefficient of heat requirement in glass greenhouse are smaller.There are no significant correlation between the effective accumulated temperature model and other heat demand models(/R/=0.15),but there are very significant correlation between the other 8 models(/R/=0.95).(2)Four treatment of high temperature(40℃,50℃,60℃,70℃)in the Red earth、the Beautiful Finger、the Auguste grape can reduce their heat requirement,two treatment of high temperature(40℃,50℃)in the Christmas rose can reduce it’s heat requirement,four treatment of high temperature(40℃,50℃,60℃,70℃)in the Muscat Hamburg can reduce it’s heat requirement.(3)Four treatment of variable temperature(22 h/2 h,20 h/4 h,16 h/8 h,18 h/6 h)of Munag、Beauty finger can’t reduce their heat requirement,two treatment of variable temperature(22 h/2 h,18 h/6 h)in the Kresson seedless grape no affect on it’s heat requirement,one treatment of variable temperature(16 h/8 h)in the Beijing Xiangyu can reduce it’s heat requirement.Three treatment of variable temperature(22h/2h,20h/4h,16h/8h)in Auguste no affect or decrease it’s heat requirement,two treatment of variable temperature(22h/2h,18h/6h)in the Muscat Hamburg can decrease it’s heat requirement.(4)Inter annual variation coefficient is used to describe the consistency of heat requirement models,the maximum temperature model and the heat model have the best stability(C.V=8.50%),the effective accumulated temperature model has the worst stability(C.V=7.43%),the heat requirement model in solar greenhouse have good stability(C.V=7.43%).The soil temperature gradient(15℃,20℃,25℃,27℃,30℃,32℃)has a significant effect on bud germination and heat requirement of’Red Earth’ grape.The higher of the soil temperature,the stronger of the effect.(5)The correlation coefficient and fit goodness are used to show the relationship between heat requirement and low temperature accumulation:there is a very significant correlation(/R/=0.97)between heat requirement and low temperature accumulation;heat requirement(growth time model)and low temperature accumulation(7.2℃model)have the highest goodness of fit(R2=0.81)in the exponential function.The exponential function、the linear function、the binomial function indicate that the low temperature accumulation and the heat requirement can be zero,but the corresponding variable value is need large enough;the logarithm function and the power function shows that the low temperature accumulation and heat requirement can’t be zero,only infinitely close to zero.(6)The relation between the low temperature accumulation and the heat requirement is expressed by 3 functions,the relationship between the soil temperature and the heat requirement is expressed by the binomial function,combine the two functions,the significance is that the low temperature accumulation determine the heat requirement,then the soil temperature affects the heat requirement.The model based on exponential function is not accurate,but the accuracy is good,because it’s RMSE、RE and R2 are the largest;the model based on linear function has good accuracy but not good accuracy,because it’s RMSE、RE and R2 are the smallest. |
