Echeveria runyonii 'Topsy Turvy'inflorescence and The fleshy leaves of Echeveria Lilacina Kimnach&Moran as test materials to investigate disinfection time,activated carbon,perlite,and the influence of proportion of growth regulators to adventitious bud induction?proliferation?take root on meaty plant.The results showed that:The best sterilization time of the two varieties was 15.Membership function comprehensive analysis is:callus formula of Echeveria runyonii 'Topsy Turvy' for MS+2,4-D0.2 mg/L+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L.The suitable medium for callus induction of Echeveria Lilacina Kimnach&Moran were MS+2,4-D0.2 mg/L+6-BA0.6 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L.Cluster bud induction medium of Echeveria runyonii 'Topsy Turvy' is MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+KT0.1 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L.Bud formation of Echeveria Lilacina Kimnach&Moran is MS+6-BA3.0 mg/L+KT0.2 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L.The additional 30ML perlite can increase the number of buds.Add 2.0g/L activated carbon can increase plant height.The rooting medium of Echeveria runyonii 'Topsy Turvy'was 1/2MS+IBA0.1 mg/L.The rooting medium of Echeveria Lilacina Kimnach&Moran was 1/2MS+IBA0.3 mg/L.Echeveria Runyonii 'Topsy Turvy' and Echeveria Lilacina Kimnach&Moran seedling as the test materials,the effect of the 60Co-gamma radiation dose of 10Gy?20Gy?30Gy?40Gy?50Gy of two varieties of form(plant height,stems length,leaf number,branch number)?color change?physiological and biochemical(chlorophyll,leaf water content,superoxide dismutase(SOD),superoxide dismutase)on Echeveria Runyonii 'Topsy Turvy' and Echeveria Lilacina Kimnach&Moran Somaclone was researched.The results showed that:Radiation dose of Echeveria Runyonii'Topsy Turvy' and Echeveria Lilacina Kimnach&Moran had no effect on plant heigh,20 to 50 Gy reduce leaves number,and the number of Echeveria Lilacina Kimnach&Moran branches was decreased.The radiation changes the color of the plant,the green in the middle part of the leaf becomes shallow,and Echeveria Runyonii 'Topsy Turvy' is in the 50Gy,white leaves appear.The radiation decreased chlorophyll content,and SOD and POD increased with the dose increased.There was no significant difference in relative water content between the two varieties."Echeveria runyonii 'Topsy Turvy'","Echeveria Lilacina Kimnach&Moran " somaclone as test materials.Echeveria Runyonii Topsy Turvy' and Echeveria Lilacina Kimnach&Moran were treated with three different concentrations of colchicines(0.3%?0.5%?0.7%),oryzalin(15?20?25 mg/L)?trifluralin(50?75?100mg/L),to process of soaking and growing point,and induced polyploid.The results showed that:0.5%colchicine treatment of seedling 4d?100 mg/L trifluralin soak 4d and 100 mg/L oryzalin drop growth point 4d made the length of Echeveria Runyonii 'Topsy Turvy' blade is shortened,the blade width is narrow,the leaf shape index is larger,the blade thickens,and the number of pores in the field is decreased.0.5%colchicine treatment of seedling 4d?20 mg/L oryzalin drop growth point 4d has madethe length of Echeveria Lilacina Kimnach&Moran blade,width of the blade was width,decrease of leaf shape index,thickeness of blade and number of stmata in the field of vision decrease.
