measures to local conditions,and comprehensive consideration to choose easy to collect,high economic benefit and the large number of raw materials.In addition,the use of low-cost agricultural waste materials is a kind of a way to open up new edible raw materials sources,can solve the problem of environment pollution from agricultural waste materials,waste,meet the needs of the recycling of agricultural waste resources.Open up new edible fungus cultivation material source,the author of this paper,the use of the key problems such as low prices of raw materials or waste resources,with the palm fiber as substrates cultivation experiment of Volvariella volvacea,and from the mycelium growth rate,fruiting body growth cycle,the differences of different processing production,the determination of basic indicators,fruit body quality influence and so on various aspects of palm fiber was studied in Volvariella volvacea mycelia and fruit body development.This study provides some reference and guidance for the development and development of new edible fungi culture matrix.The main contents and conclusions of this experiment are as follows: 1)the experimental data show that the palm fibre culture medium can be used to develop Volvariella volvacea mycelium,the cotton seed shellis hypha growth rate weak in PDA medium and culture medium,the cotton seed shellis development than medium and inferior PDA medium.The growth and development of Volvariella volvacea were promoted by adding different gradient peptone in the palm fiber filtrate,and the growth rate was fast and the mycelium was dense.It is indicated that the appropriate content of nitrogen source can be cultivated in the cultivation matrix of palm fiber culture medium.That shows the palm fibre culture medium ingredients contained in accord with Volvariella volvacea hypha growth and development needs,preliminary evidence that the palm fiber can be used as a basic material for Volvariella volvacea in growing the required nutrients.2)palm fibre can be used as a cultural material Volvariella volvacea,and cultivation of raw materials used palm fiber cotton seed shellis-mixed substrates in comparison with the cotton seed shellis pure cultivation incubation time and the pure palm fibre material faster.Adding palm fibre to the culture medium can obviously improve the growth rate and yield of the mycelium and shorten the feeding time of mycelium.Among them,the growth rate of mycelia was the fastest at 2.52cm/d,and the time of processing 3 and 4 mycelia was the shortest,and the difference was not significant.It can be seen that,at the growth rate of mycelium,treatment of 3 is the fastest,and treatment 4.Palm fiber cotton seed shellis with proper proportion can improve the yield and biological efficiency of Volvariella volvacea,among them,3 up to 304.80 g and 30.48% treatment 4(28.84%)and 5(26.45%),dealing with three biological efficiency increased by 15%,cotton seed shellis than control group with 1 biological efficiency,lowest is only 20.31%,which shows that using the cotton seed shellis pure and pure palm fiber is given priority to planting material culture effect no mixed culture effect is good.However,from the horizontal comparison,the yield of the mushroom to the three tide mushrooms was reduced successively.3)the appropriate addition of palm fiber in the culture medium can significantly increase the thickness of the mycorrhizal of the fruiting body.The weight of the mushroom,the diameter of the fungus cover and the diameter of the stalk.The length of the
