In order to solve the problem of low power consumption,large amount of soil disturbance and easy blockage of passive furrowing device,this paper puts forward an active stalk-to-line cleaning non-tillage direct seeding technology,designs a vertical surrounding active driving device,and develops a straw shift anti-blocking type corn no-tillage direct seeding machine.The main work and conclusion are as follows :(1)on the basis of investigation and reference of relevant domestic and foreign literature,the main existing forms of straw clogging are summarized and analyzed.Combined with the current situation of wheat straw returning to the field in Huaibei Plain,the relationship between straw and furrow opening components is studied.A vertical active driving device is designed.(2)based on the simulation of EDEM discrete element,it is determined that when the speed of tractor is 6km / h,the rotating speed of vertical puller is 250 r / min,and the radius of rotation is 120 mm,the effect of straw displacement can meet the design requirements.(3)using Solidworks software to model the parts and components of the planter,the virtual assembly of the whole machine is completed,and the stress situation of the frame is analyzed and the modal simulation analysis is carried out by using Abaqus finite element analysis software,and compared with the test modal of the frame.The frame structure and the section of the pipe are determined to be 80 × 80 × 4mm.(4)Based on this device,a new no-tillage direct seeding machine for corn was designed.Field experiments in the experimental field showed that the plant seeded smoothly under the condition of straw mulching with 1.5-2kg/m2,and the removal rate of the row straw reached 87.91,and no clogging was found to affect the seeding.
