Straw returning to field is one of the most important measures in the world,which reduces the environmental pollution,enhances the land force,enhances the grain yield,and has good social and economic benefits.But when the straw is sown in the field,the sowing quality is poor and the weeds are harmful,in this paper,the design and experiment of key device for no-tillage seeding machine of seed-fertilizer-drug synchronous maize are introduced,and the structure design of seeding mechanism and spraying device is expounded first.The Dynamics simulation analysis and bench test of seed metering device and spraying mechanism were carried out respectively,and the whole field experiment was carried out.Specific studies on seeding mechanisms and spraying devices are as follows:(1)On the basis of research at home and abroad,by analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the immediately next,and combining with the actual situation,the paper determines the type of seed-metering device used in the seeding mechanism as the finger-clamp seed-metering device,carries out the related design of the finger-clamp and the control mechanism of the seed-filling,and simulation analysis of seed metering performance based on discrete element method;(2)The profile design of the seeding mechanism makes the suppression drive wheel maintain the same ground pressure on the uneven surface,and reduce the leakage phenomenon caused by the suppression driving roller skating;so that the sowing ditch leg keeps the same sowing depth on the uneven ground and enhances the consistency of sowing;(3)Based on the closed weeding theory,the application method is analyzed,the whole structure and key parameters of the spraying device are analyzed and designed,the simulation analysis is carried out based on the Xflow software,and the design rationality of the spraying device is verified from the simulation angle;(4)In this paper,the bench test of the finger-clamp seed-metering device and the spraying equipment was carried out,and the performance and characteristics of the designed device were evaluated through the bench test;(5)Based on the whole platform,the field experiment of seeding mechanism and spraying device was carried out,and the indexes of seeding conformity index,the missing seeding index,the replay index,the droplet size distribution and the spray amplitude were evaluated,and the test showed that the seeding rate was higher than 80% when seeding speed was 6~9km/h,The designed seeding mechanism can operate at a higher speed in the field,and the related performance indexes of the spraying device can meet the agronomic requirements of the Maize field planting and close weeding.
