Study On The Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of Cultivated Land Intensive Utilization Based On Scale Management

Land is the carrier of human being’s life.Every aspect of people’s life is inseparable from land resources.In the process of social development,in order to achieve the goal of sustainable development,the importance of intensive land use is becoming more and more important.The intensive use of cultivated land is a hot topic in the theoretical and practical circles..Anhui province is a big agricultural province.It is of great significance to carry out the evaluation of intensive use of cultivated land and its influencing factors.It is of great significance to recognize the current situation of cultivated land use and promote the sustainable development of agriculture.From the perspective of large-scale farming households,this paper selected 377 wheat production inputs in the survey of 403 micro-scale farmer households in Anhui Province.According to the definition of intensive use of cultivated land,the evaluation index system of intensive use of cultivated land in Anhui Province was constructed from the aspects of input intensity,utilization intensity,and output intensity,and then the comprehensive score of each sample was calculated by the entropy method.From the point of view of 377 households refined to different scales,their overall scores are declining with the expansion of scale.It can be concluded that with the expansion of scale,the scale of intensive farming in Anhui Province continues to decrease.Then the index system of influencing factors is established according to the theory of livelihood capital of farmers.Multiple regression analysis is conducted on the sample size and the sample of different scale.We can find that with the expansion of scale,the impact of wheat acreage on the intensive degree of cultivated land is smaller;the influence of the number of family labor forces on the intensive degree of cultivated land is weakening,and whether or not the authority has played a greater role;The requirements for facilities are getting higher and higher;in addition,reasonable loans can effectively improve the intensive use of cultivated land by large-scale farmers;large-scale farmers should pay more attention to the internal relations of villages,be enthusiastic about village public welfare,and help increase the level of intensive use of cultivated land.According to the previous study,in order to increase the level of intensive cultivation of cultivated land,the following suggestions are proposed in this paper: increase the intensity of land development and improvement,improve laws and regulations for land development and improvement,improve the condition of farmland infrastructur and improve the basic conditions for agricultural production;strengthen education and training and technology promotion,and improve The production technology of farmers;strengthening the internal construction of rural areas and producing good external cooperation effects;improving the mechanism of financial loans and alleviating the financial pressure in agricultural production.
