Analysis On Forestry Industrial Structure Of Gansu

Forestry industry is a basic industry,the implementation of the industrial structure adjustment in the process of forestry development strategy,mainly from the forestry production resources restructuring,transformation,weighing and use again,effectively promote the development of the forestry modernization,but also conducive to resource in the forestry production and achieve the purpose of optimizing the allocation of production factors.For forestry development,the need to further the implementation of optimized configuration,improve the production efficiency,effectively promote forestry as well as to better promote the development of forestry in China to enhance competitiveness in the international market,to help increase efficiency of forestry in China and farmers' income,and promote the realization of the aim of sustainable development of forestry.In terms of forestry industrial structure,mainly includes the internal structure and external macro environment adjustment,make forestry development in a strategic height to better achieve the purpose of industrial structure optimization,do take have shed and into.Gansu province is one of the important forestry industry in northwest China,the current cultivated land area of gansu province of forest land area of about 2 ~ 3 times,improve the province's forestry productivity,adjust the industrial structure to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers in gansu province plays an important role.In this paper,using literature research,case analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,such as forestry of gansu province from 2006 to 2015 the first,second,third industrial structure were analyzed,through data analysis and discussion,the following conclusions: 1.Although the three industrial output in gansu province from 2006 60: will you change for 2015 have forborn: 19,but the high-centralized forestry industry proportion is too low;2.The cultivation level of forest products is not high,and the output value of forest products in 2015 was 3 billion yuan and the same value in 2006.3.The low added value of forest products in gansu province ismostly in the primary processing stage of plywood,pulp and forest chemicals,such as the production value of the deep processing industry of the furniture manufacturing forest products in 2013 only RMB 150.8 million yuan.4.The low development rate of emerging industries,such as the flower planting industry,has not been developed in2012-2015,but has a backward trend.Based on the above analysis results,the suggestions for the structural adjustment of forestry industry in gansu province are as follows: 1.Adhere to the principle of ecological priority;2.Strengthen the second and third industry development of forestry;3.Give priority to forestry leading industries;4.Optimize the basic industry development of forest products;5.Raise value-added of forestry;6.Developing economy;7.Development of forestry eco-tourism;Invest more money.Therefore,it provides a reference for the structural adjustment of forestry industry in gansu province.
