The Forecast For Evolution Trend And The Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Forestry Industry Structure In State-owned Forest Areas Of Heilongjiang Province

The state-owned forest areas in Heilongjiang province is the largest state-owned forest region in China,and is rich in forest resources.The state-owned forest areas in Heilongjiang province have made great contributions to the economics and social development of our country.After decades of overexploitation and utilization,the recoverable resources in the state-owned forest areas of Heilongjiang province have been exhausted,and the economy of the state-owned forest areas of Heilongjiang province is in trouble.Especially after the implementation of the comprehensive deforestation policy,forest regions are also looking for local economics development to promote the stable and sustainable development of forest regions.The adjustment of forestry industrial structure is an important measure to promote the development of forestry economy.Therefore,this paper takes the forestry industrial structure in the state-owned forest region of Heilongjiang province as the research object and combines the resultes of empirical analysis to explore how to accelerate the optimization process of forestry industry structure in the forest region and realize the coordinated development of economy,society and ecology in the forest region.This paper firstly describes the general situation of state-owned forest regions in Heilongjiang province,and carries our descriptive statistical analysis on the development status of forestry industrials in forest regions according to the statistical data.On this basis,SSM-location entropy analysis method is used to select the leading forestry industry in Heilongjiang state-owned forest region.The results show that forestry tourism-leisure service industry,economic forest products planting and collection,afforestation can be used as a leading industry to give priority to development.Secondly,the grey prediction model is used to predict the output value of the three forestry industries in the forest region,and it is concluded that the forestry industry structure of Heilongjiang state-owned forest region will evolve into " three,one,two " mode in 2019.Furthermore,the grey relation analysis method is used to calculate and analyze the influencing factors and the influencing degree of the evolution of the forestry industry structure in the state-owned forest region of Heilongjiang province,and the labor productivity of the whole staff,the forest coverage rate,the investment amount of natural forest protection policies,and the proportion of professional and technical personnel are the most important influencing factors of the forestry industry structure.Finally,based on the above qualitative and quantitative analysis results,countermeasures are proposed to accelebrate the optimization of the forestry industry structure in the state-owned forest region of Heilongjiang province,including consolidate the foundation of forest resources,develop diversified undergrowth economy;based on comprehensive comparative advantages,develop the leading industry first;cultivate new forest product processing industry to the direction of deep processing;enhance the competitiveness of forest tourism,strengthen forest production support services;increase input in forestry technology,introduce professional and technical personnel;rationally plan the layout of forestry industry,stengthen the degree of agglomeration of forestry industry.
