Abstract/Summary:
With the increasing of new urbanization level,this will pose a serious threat to our food security and ecological security.In this background,protecting the cultivated land resources,improving the quality of cultivated land,the protection of cultivated land quantity and quality has been risen to national strategy-the cultivated land policy of dynamic balance and supplement the cultivated land quality,the “dominant replenishment,the occupation of paddy field" has become an effective measure to implement the policy of farmland balance under the double pressure of the shortage of farmland quality and the potential shortage of agricultural land.local governments began to implement “Dry land changed into paddy field” engineering,in the process of transformation,due to the restriction of natural capital conditions,it is necessary to make overall arrangements for the suitable and unadaptable areas,so the selection of the priority area of “Dry land changed into paddy field” is an important criterion for the order of transformation.This paper took Guangdong province as the research area,chose the priority area of “Dry land changed into paddy field” based on spatial data mining in Weka platform: Firstly,the data preprocessing of nine transformation factors with high correlation is obtained through the selection of properties including terrain slope,effective soil thickness,surface soil texture,profile configuration,organic matter content,PH value,barrier depth,irrigation guarantee rate,water source distance;Secondly,the object was divided into 5 clusters by k-means cluster analysis;Thirdly,through the Apriori association rules,the strongest correlation between the attributes of the partitioning factor was discovered and the cluster of the priority transformation was excavated,and the results were analyzed.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)In this paper,the five clusters of spatial clustering analysis were selected as Cluster0,1,2,3,4.The association rules mined had used as a standard of priority area,we found out the strongest correlation is Cluster 4 clustering area based on differentiate clustering area through the screening of partition units.(2)Based on the land and resources of Guangdong province in 2016 "Dry land changed into paddy field" promised transformation area of verification results show that the accuracy rate of 89% or more,adopting the combination of spatial clustering and association rule data mining method to carry out "Dry land changed into paddy field" priority area location is scientific and reasonable.(3)Based on the analysis of the results of the priority area selection,the priority area is divided into 15 cities,73 counties and 137,380 plots,with a total of 273531hm2,accounting for 19% of the total.From the perspective of spatial distribution,it is mainly distributed in the southern part of the pearl river delta plain,with abundant water resources,the west of the northern mountainous area in the west of Guangdong and the Leizhou peninsula in the west of Guangdong.And this paper also respectively from the perspective of macro and micro modification Suggestions are put forward,the division of the pearl river delta plains south-west,west Guangdong coastal area in the north minery in west of Leizhou peninsula area,and parts of the eastern north minery in west-east coastal areas of Guangdong three key construction area.
