Brucellosis is a allergic zoonotic disease caused by Brucella.All mammals are susceptible to infection,but cattle,sheep,pigs and other domestic animals and wild animals are most susceptible.Brucella is a kind of intracellular parasitic bacteria.It is highly infectious and pathogenic to humans and mammals,and the general antibiotics are difficult to cure.Clinically,livestock infection is mainly characterized by abortion,stillbirth,orchitis,infertility and arthritis.Human infection is mainly characterized by persistent infection and intermittent influenza like symptoms,called "undulant fever",hyperhidrosis,reproductive system disease,arthritis,hepatomegaly,and complications of the musculoskeletal system and the central nervous system.The prevalence of brucellosis causes serious economic losses to animal husbandry and poses serious threats to human health.Using the method of brucellosis rose bengle test,the animal serum collected from Dongguan was screened in 2012-2016 year.The results were tested by the Serum AgglutinationTest.The results were 20221 samples of pig serum,275 bovine serum,5024 sheep serum,4508 dog sera and horse serum.Among the 329 cases,7 were detected in pig serum,2 were detected in bovine serum,4 in sheep serum,4 in dog sera and no positive in horse serum.The positive rates of antibody in pig,cattle,sheep,dog and horse were 0.04%,0.73%,0.08%,0.09% and 0,respectively.The real-time PCR method was used to detect300 vaginal swabs and 3 suspicious vaginal swabs from the sheep wholesale market and 2samples of Brucella positive,and the positive samples were sent to Guangdong province disease control center for isolation and identification,and 1 Brucella canines and 1 strains of Brucella were isolated.The data of human infected brucellosis in Dongguan Center for Disease Control and prevention were analyzed.From 2012 to 2016,there were 4 cases of Brucella infected by native people in Dongguan city.The main ways of infection werecontact cattle,sheep tissue and drinking fresh sheep milk.Immunofluorescence chromatography was used to detect positive serum and clinical samples.The results showed that the positive serum of Brucella could be detected by fluorescence immunochromatography,but negative for O type of foot-and-mouth disease,Asian type 1foot-and-mouth disease and swine fever positive serum,and the test tube agglutination effect could be detected.The valence of 1:800)was 320 times the dilution;the coefficient of variation(C.V)of the positive serum of Brucella at 1:40 was 4.66%,and 60 of the clinical samples were detected.All the results were negative.The results showed that there was brucellosis infection in pigs,cattle,sheep and dogs in Dongguan,and the risk of Brucella contamination existed in animal and animal products.Meanwhile,Dongguan is also at risk of sporadic human Brucella infection.The detection of brucellosis antibody with fluorescence immunochromatography was strong,stable,high sensitivity,simple operation,short test time and use machine readings on the result's.The results of fluorescence immunochromatography are more objective than RBT.Simultaneously,it's better for the correct diagnosis of the infection of Brucellosis.This method was suitable for the screening of brucellosis antibody.For the prevention and control of Brucella,it is suggested that comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken to strengthen the supervision of foreign animals,strengthen quarantine of animal and animal products,and ensure the quality and safety of meat and animal products.
