The Countermeasures For The Development Of Ecological Animal Husbandry Industry In Tongchuan District Of Dazhou

At present,since the eighteen Party's Congress,the protection of ecological environment has become a national strategy.Xi Jinping,general secretary,has made important instructions for protecting the ecological environment many times,and put forward that "the protection of ecological environment is the cause of making progress in the contemporary era".The ecological animal husbandry is an important part of the ecological environment protection,which has come into being under such a background.In the new development situation,China's Ministry of Agriculture issued a "working point" of animal husbandry in 2016,clearly pointed out that in the future development of animal husbandry,ecological as the key to change the old mode of production in the past that,the pollution to a minimum,all processes of livestock production and processing during the strict supervision,to ensure environmental protection,green livestock products,promote harmony between man and nature.Besides,we need to protect the existing ecological resources reasonably,and make the public's quality of life continue to improve,so that the ultimate ecological animal husbandry will have obvious advantages of saving resources,green products and environmental friendliness.The eastern part of Sichuan province has a unique advantage in developing animal husbandry.With the destruction of the local ecological environment,we urgently need to explore the way of the development of ecological animal husbandry.In this paper,Tongchuan District of Dazhou city of Sichuan Province as an example,the development of ecological animal husbandry were studied.This paper first gives a brief account of the background and significance of the topic,and gives a brief introduction to the purpose and basic content of the writing.Secondly,the relevant concepts of the sustainable development of ecological animal husbandry are explained in detail,and the relevant research results at home and abroad are reviewed.Third,analysis of the development of Dazhou Tongchuan District ecological animal husbandry industry background,ecological animal husbandry in Tongchuan District of Dazhou industry development basic situation,that the construction of infrastructure and social service system is constantly improved,gradually improve the industrialization operation ability and agriculture and animal husbandry science and technology content,and skills training gradually strengthened.Fourth,using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the development of Dazhou ecological animal husbandry Tongchuan District industry advantages and disadvantages,and opportunities and threats,and find out the existing problems mainly has three aspects,again the effective use of safety problems,ecological animal husbandry scale and ecological environment,waste of resources,and the factors affecting the sustainable development of ecological animal husbandry analysis by SWOT.Fifth,analyze the experience of the sustainable development of ecological animal husbandry at home and abroad,and put forward the enlightenment to our country.Finally,put forward the sustainable development of ecological animal husbandry industry in Tongchuan District of Dazhou City,such as speeding up the popularization and application of efficient farming technology,improve the level of science and technology of ecological animal husbandry;create ecological animal husbandry cooperatives,and to improve its continue to strengthen standardized management;and to carry out diverse farmers training work,the ability to make it engage in ecological animal husbandry the improved;clear development goals of ecological animal husbandry,animal husbandry development model to optimize the existing;establish a safeguard mechanism for the development of animal husbandry,animal husbandry related good ecological planning.
