| The eucalyptus weeds and eucalyptus trees competed for nutrients and caused adverse effects.In this study,herbicides with better safety for eucalyptus were screened out,and then mixed with fertilizers to study the fertilizers suitable for eucalyptus stems and to solve the problem that dispute the fertilizer between weeds and eucalyptus.Through the laboratory test of the herbicide-fertilizers on eucalyptus seedlings.The results showed that the three kinds of herbicide-fertilizers did not produce obvious damage to eucalyptus seedlings.The efficacy of glufosinate(2x recommended dose)fertilizer on the total number of weeds at 7 days has reached45.10%.;At 14 d,the inhibitory rates of glufosinate(2x recommended dose)fertilizer and glufosinate(1x recommended dose)fertilizer on weeds reached 87.44%and75.39%,respectively.Under the specific stem spray application mode,the inhibitory rates of the three herbicides at different doses on the weeds at 28 d were all above60.0%,and the total control effect of medicinal fertilizer,glyphosate(2x recommended dose),glufosinate(1x recommended dose)and diquat(2x recommended dose)on the total number of weeds were higher 95%,of which glufosinate(2x recommended dose)fertilizer had the best control effect on the eucalyptus weeds,its control effect has reached 97.07%at 35 d.The screened herbicides were mixed with the fertilizer at an effective content of1:1,which is one fertilizer(usually recommended dose 15 g/m~2)mixed one original drug(the corresponding dose).The safety test of the medicinal fertilizer on eucalyptus seedlings was carried out indoors.The results showed that these three kinds of medicinal fertilizers did not produce obvious damage to eucalyptus seedlings.The glufosinate-fertilizer and diquat-fertilizer had a slight effect on eucalyptus seedlings at the initial stage of application.However,after 35 d,there don?t have abnormalities between the physiological indicators and the control.The reason may be that glufosinate and diquat are contact-killing.Herbicides are sprayed on the eucalyptus seedlings during the application process.Therefore,the early stage will have an effect,but as time goes by,the stress-resisting enzymes in the eucalyptus seedlings will work,and it has no adverse effect until 35 d.According to research,glyphosate fertilizer,glufosinate fertilizer,and diquat herbicide have good control effects on eucalyptus weeds under the spraying method of stems.The total control efficacy of glufosinate(2x recommended dose)fertilizer,glyphosate(2x recommended dose)fertilizer,glufosinate(1x recommended dose),and diquat(2x recommended dose)against weeds were higher than 95%.Control efficacy was glufosinate(2x recommended dose)fertilizer>glufosinate(1x recommended dose)fertilizer>diquat(2x recommended dose)fertilizer>glyphosate(2x recommended dose)fertilizer>glyphosate(1x recommended dose)fertilizer>glufosinate(0.5x recommended dose)fertilizer>glyphosate(0.5x recommended dose)fertilizer>diquat(1x recommended dose)fertilizer>diquat(0.5x recommended dose)fertilizer,glufosinate(2x recommended dose)fertilizer has the best control effect on the eucalyptus weeds.Comparing the safety of three herbicide-fertilizers against eucalyptus seedlings and the control effect of weeds in the forest,it can be determined that glufosinate(2x recommended dose)is more suitable for controlling eucalyptus weeds under the spraying method of stem spraying. |
