In this paper,we studied the effects of different levels of Dendrobium Officinale and it's compound on growth performance,immunity and antioxidation,meat quality,intestinal digestive enzyme activity and morphology of GIFT Tilapia in feed.630 healthy Tilapia with an average body weight of 18.25±0.01 g were randomly divided into 7 groups(D0;S1;S2;S3;F1;F2;F3)with 3 replicates per group.30 fishes in each replicate tank were reared in an indoor recirculating aquaculture system(volume 250 L)for 56 d.A control group were fed with the feed without compound Chinese herbal medicine,the other six experimental feeds were added with 1 %,4 %,8 %(S1-S3)of dendrobium officinale and 1 %,4 %,8 %(F1-F3)of it's compounds,respectively(it's composed of Dendrobium Officinale,Astragalus membranaceus,Codonopsis pilosula,Bupleurum,Rabdosia lophanthoides and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium).To discuss the suitable dosage of Dendrobium Officinale and it's compound in tilapia feed,and provide scientific basis for the application of Dendrobium Officinale and it's compound in GIFT tilapia.The main findings are as follows:1 Effects of dietary Dendrobium officinale and it's compound levels on growth performance,feeding capacity,meat quality of GIFT TilapiaCompared with the control group,adding 4 %,8 % Dendrobium officinale and 1 % Dendrobium officinale compound in feed could significantly increase the weight gain rate,average weight gain of GIFT tilapia(P<0.05),and 4 % Dendrobium officinale group's effect was best.Adding 8 % Dendrobium officinale compound in feed could significantly increase the daily feed intake of GIFT tilapia(P<0.05).Adding 4 % Dendrobium officinale and 1 %,4 % Dendrobium officinale compound in feed could significantly increase the protein efficiency ratio of GIFT tilapia(P<0.05),and the best effect was 4 % Dendrobium officinale group.Compared with the control group,adding 1 % Dendrobium officinale compound in feed could significantly increase the crude fat content in muscle of GIFT tilapia(P<0.05).Adding 1 %,4 % Dendrobium officinale and 1 %,4 % Dendrobium officinale compound in feed could significantly increase the crude ash content in muscle of GIFT tilapia(P<0.05).Adding 4 % Dendrobium officinale in feed could significantly reduce the muscle pH of GIFT tilapia(P<0.05).2 Effects of dietary Dendrobium officinale and it's compound levels on immunity and antioxidant capacity of GIFT TilapiaCompared with the control group,Adding 4 % Dendrobium officinale compound in feed could significantly increase serum acid phosphatase,superoxide dismutase,and hepatopancreatic acid phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase activities of GIFT tilapia(P<0.05).Adding 1 %,8 % Dendrobium officinale,and 8 % Dendrobium officinale compound in feed could significantly reduce the serum alkaline phosphatase activity of GIFT tilapia(P<0.05).Adding 1 %,8 % Dendrobium officinale and 4 % Dendrobium officinale compound in feed could significantly increase the activity of hepatopancreatic superoxide dismutase activity of GIFT tilapia(P<0.05),and 4 % Dendrobium officinale compound group had the best effect.Adding 4 %,8 % Dendrobium officinale and 1 %,4 %,8 % Dendrobium officinale compounds in feed could significantly increase the total antioxidative capacity of hepatopancreas in GIFT tilapia(P<0.05).Adding 8 % Dendrobium officinale and it's compound in feed could significantly increase the content of malondialdehyde in hepatopancreas of GIFT tilapia(P<0.05).3 Effects of Dendrobium officinale officinale and it's compound levels on intestinal digestive enzyme and morphology of GIFT TilapiaCompared with the control group,adding 8 % Dendrobium officinale compound in feed could significantly increase the midgut amylase activity of GIFT tilapia(P<0.05).Adding 1 %,4 %,8 % Dendrobium officinale and 1 % Dendrobium officinale compound in feed could significantly increase the hindgut amylase activity of GIFT tilapia(P<0.05),and 8 % Dendrobium officinale had the best effect.Adding Dendrobium officinale and it's compound in feed could significantly reduce the midgut and hindgut trypsin activity of GIFT tilapia(P<0.05).Adding Dendrobium officinale and it's compound in feed could significantly increase the foregut villus height of GIFT tilapia(P<0.05),and 4 % Dendrobium officinale compound group had the best effect.Adding 1 %,4 % Dendrobium officinale and 4 %,8 % Dendrobium officinale compound in feed could significantly increase the foregut crypt depth of GIFT tilapia(P<0.05),and 4 % Dendrobium officinale group had the best effect.Adding Dendrobium officinale and it's compound in feed could significantly reduce the foregut V/C value of GIFT tilapia(P<0.05).Adding 4 % Dendrobium officinale and 8 % Dendrobium officinale compound in feed could significantly increase the midgut mucosa thickness of GIFT tilapia(P<0.05).Adding 4 % Dendrobium officinale and 4 % Dendrobium officinale compound in feed could significantly increase the midgut villus height of GIFT tilapia(P<0.05),and the 4 % Dendrobium officinale compound group had the best effect.Adding 4 %,8 % Dendrobium officinale and 4 %,8 % Dendrobium officinale compound in feed could significantly increase the midgut crypt depth of GIFT tilapia(P<0.05),and 4 % Dendrobium officinale and 4 % Dendrobium officinale compound group had the best effect.Adding 4 % Dendrobium officinale in feed could significantly reduce the midgut V/C value of GIFT tilapia(P<0.05).Adding 1 % Dendrobium officinale in feed could significantly increase the midgut mucosal thickness of GIFT tilapia(P<0.05).In conclusion,Adding 4 % Dendrobium officinale and 4 % Dendrobium officinale compound in feed could increase the growth performance and meat quality in a certain degree and many positive effects such as improving antioxidant capacity,enhancing digestion and absorption function.,and can be used for the production of without compound Chinese herbal medicine Oreochromis niloticus feed.
