This experiment was carried to investigate the effect of aflatoxin B1 on growth performance, organ index and biochemical parameters in liver and serum of duck,as well as the effect of adsorbent applied in diet with high dose of aflatoxin B1.Two thousand and one hundred 21-day old Muscovy duck were randomly divided into seven treatments with six replicate. The trial period was lasted for fifty-five days which composited grower and finisher phases.Ducks in treatment 1,namely control group, were fed basic diet with a low level of aflatoxin B1.Group 2 to 5 were fed diets with high level of aflatoxin B1 corn by 10.00%,20.00%,40.00%?60.00%respectively.In the grower duck, the diet of the group 6 and 7 was the same as that of the control group. In the finisher duck, the diet of the group 6 was the same as group 5,ducks of group 7 were diet for group5 supplemented with adsorbent by less than 2?g/kg.All ducks were weighted on the day of50 and 75 to figure out average-feed-intake,average-weight-gain,feed-convert-ratio.Every duck selected randomly from each repeat of group 1,3,5,6,7 were taking blood serum and slaughtered to measure oxidation resistance of blood serum and hepar. The splen and bursa of Fabricius was weighted, too. The results showed:?1?When the AFB1 higher than 16?g/kg in diets, the weight ratio of ducks increased significantly?P<0.01?,and the end weight and average daily weight gain of the grower duck stage decreased significantly?P<0.05?,and had no significant effect on the production performance of the finisher ducks?P>0.05?..?2?Higher organ indices, pale liver and tissue lesions in liver of ducks were showed in groups with AFB1 exceeding 16?g/kg.Furthermore,damage of liver in finisher was more serious than that in grower duck, which demonstrated that there was a cumulative effect of AFB1 dose.?3?Glutathione?GSH?levels in liver were extremely decrease in ducks fed diets with AFB1 higher than 30?g/kg in grower phase;Glutathione?GSH?level decreased in finisher duck when the AFB1 higher than 16?g/kg in diets?p=0.071?,but peroxidase activity extremely significantly increase?p<0.01?.?4?The concentration of globulin?GLB?and albumin?ALB?were significant difference?p<0.05?in duck fed diet with AFB1 higher than 30?g/kg,the content of globulin?GLB?and albumin?ALB?in groups with high toxin were lower than that in control group.Level of globulin?GLB?and albumin?ALB?significant reducted?p<0.05?in duck fed diet with AFB1 higher than 16?g/kg in finisher phase.?5?Ducks dieted with high dose AFB1?84?g/kg?,adsorbent couldn't improve the performance of duck, but it can improve the liver disease. The above results showed, higher dose AFB1?>16?g/kg?decreased the growth perforamcne of duck, which was consistent with the limit value in GB 13078-2017.The adsorbent used in the study was almost no effect. It is recommended that the finished product aflatoxin should not exceed 15 g/kg according to the current standard.
