Effects Of Land Property Right Stability On Farmers' Fertilization Behavior

The stability of farmland property rights is an important measure to protect farmers' land rights,and its impact on Farmers' production activities has attracted the attention of the government and academia in recent years.With the development of agriculture,fertilizer,as one of the main sources of crop nutrient,plays an increasingly important role in the output efficiency and quality assurance of agricultural products.The use of fertilizer on crops has greatly contributed to the improvement of agricultural production efficiency and the sustainable development of agriculture,which has been well proved in the advanced development of agriculture in the world.However,because we only look at immediate benefits,regardless of environmental pollution in the future.A large area of fertilizer,fertilizer use has also led to the decline of soil fertility and stammer,led to a series of pollution problems,caused a series of problems of environmental pollution,food safety,the use of chemical fertilizer will cause pollution and harm to the environment of rural soil,scientific fertilization reasonably is the key problems of the relationship food safety,environmental pollution and other place.Fertilizer can cause pollution and harm to the environment of rural soil.For solving the problem of increasingly serious soil pollution,there are a lot of different opinions on academic,and a part of scholars think that promoting the stability of land property rights can effectively ameliorate the problem of soil pollution,because it can encourage farmers long-term behavior;while,a part of scholar think that relationship between the stability of farmland property rights and the long-term behavior of farmers is very weak,farmers' long-term and short-term behavior is limited to many factors,because just relying on the property stability can't solve the problem of excessive use of chemical fertilizers.The purpose of this paper is to fertilize farmers in Dongyuan County as the starting point,analysis of the impact of land property rights on the stability behavior of fertilization,fertilization behavior test on the stability of rural land property rights are the existence of long-term causal effects among connections,and thus improve the environment of the rural environment,puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.To this end,first of all,this paper has a preliminary understanding of the research subject by reading relevant literature materials.Secondly by Dongyuan county government,agriculture bureau and other relevant units,Dongyuan County farmers fertilizer behavior status and land property rights to promote the stability of lay the foundation for thesis writing;according to the data obtained with the actual situation,the preparation of the questionnaire items,through to the Dongyuan County farmers questionnaire,sample survey,basic information and fertilization behavior for Dongyuan County farmers;according to the established OLS econometric model from the questionnaire data,description and analysis to carry out measurement results,defined by the results of the empirical analysis conclusion,puts forward relevant policy suggestions from the stable land property right and rational use of fertilizer in two aspects,and discuss related problems,points out the shortcomings of this paper.At present,Dongyuan County is carrying out the work of farmland comfirming right,and most of the farmers in the county is in the stage of confirming the sign,but they have not received the management rights certificate of land contract.Therefore,this thesis studies whether getting the management certificate of farmland contract in the second round contract period,measuring the stability of property rights to analyze its impact on farmers' fertilization behavior.Studies found that: the stability of farmland property right does affect farmers' application of fertilizer,improving the utilization rate of chemical fertilizer,but it has no significant impact on their long-term behavior of organic fertilizer;at the same time,this paper puts forward some relative suggestions: propaganda guidance,government subsidy,scientific guidance.For this reason,this article considers that it is important to make use of the right of land ownership as an opportunity to formulate relevant countermeasures and guide farmers to change their short-term behavior into long-term behavior.
