Under the background of the information age,the traditional single design method can not meet the demand of product innovation design.So,now need to integrate the existing design method and theory,cross the multi-discipline,combining with the exploration research,different technologies are expected to explore effective comprehensive products to meet user needs diversification design method.Therefore,this paper aims at solving the above problems by integrating various design methods,theories and techniques,so as to realize the innovative design of fly maggot breeding device.First of all,through a variety of ways to get information related to the bots breeding expressed in the form of situational story board,get the user requirements,after KJ method,the fuzzy clustering method to determine the typical fly larvae breeding user requirements,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine the weight coefficient of each user's needs,building user demand hierarchy model.Furthermore,the function-behavior-structure(FBS)model is further utilized to transform the user's requirements into a successful future scenario.Second,the existing or bots farming related products to systematic analysis,to get their function structure,function structure based on this,in combination with bots breeding user requirement model to design new bots farming system function structure diagram,and then get maggots breeding device,yuan the original understanding of the morphological matrix,using the theory of quantification I build the evaluation index system and function for solving the mathematical model of mathematical model to build a fitness function,genetic optimization algorithm is optimized,the best function principle solution-totally enclosed bots breeding device,optimal solution is through the matlab software implementation.In the end,the structural features of functional elements in the functional principle of full-enclosed fly maggots were analyzed,and the 3d model was constructed and expressed using Pro/E and Keyshot software.And to use fully enclosed bots breeding device virtual simulation process and comprehensive evaluation,explained the design theory,method and integrate multiple technical feasibility and effectiveness of the product innovation design is carried on.
