With the continuous enhancement of my country’s comprehensive national strength,the scientific thesis of "green water and green mountains" put forward by General Secretary Xi has made remarkable achievements.my country’s forest coverage continues to expand and the load of combustible materials in the forest continues to increase.At the same time,the global climate continues to warm,extreme weather has increased significantly,my country has entered a period of high incidence of forest fires,and the risk of forest fires has increased.Due to the late development of my country’s forest fire protection industry,the corresponding industry standards are relatively lacking,resulting in relatively weak product development in the forest fire protection market.In the market research of existing forest fire protection products,it was found that the research and development direction of the product did not match the actual needs of fire fighters,the models were backward,the functions were relatively single,and the homogeneity phenomenon was serious.In the process of research and development and design of forest fire protection products,Only focusing on the requirements of this stage of fire fighting,but ignoring the needs of products in each stage based on the entire fire fighting task.Regarding the entire forest fire fighting task,how to conduct demand mining,screening and function transformation,and after obtaining the real demand,combine the necessary functions analyzed with some existing functions,so as to carry out the innovative design research of series products.Starting from the relevant background in the field of forest fire protection,this topic uses literature research methods to conduct research on forest fire protection,forest fire protection products,user experience maps(UEM),analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and functional analysis system technology(FAST)at home and abroad.In this review,interviews,scenario simulations,etc.are used to obtain the pain points of forest fire fighters in the process of forest firefighting tasks,and the pain points are obtained through the user experience map method to obtain related needs.Use Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to sort and filter user needs.Finally,the functional analysis system technology(FAST)is used to transform the requirements and extend the functions at the same time.Through market research,the existing product functions are screened and combined with the methods analyzed by the FAST functional structure model,combined with related product design related methods,and a series of forest fire protection product design strategies and design plans are proposed(special vehicle carriers,forest fire monitoring)Command system,fire isolation belt development vehicle,heavy-duty fire-fighting truck,light unmanned fire-fighting truck,forest fire-fighting drone).Finally,the feasibility of the above method was verified through a specific case of innovative design of forest fire protection products,which responded to the initial pain points of this subject.In the process of forest fire protection product design,consider the overall design of the entire forest fire protection task from the perspective of fire fighters,obtain the design positioning of forest fire protection products more accurately,and improve the processing efficiency and user experience of forest fire protection tasks in a full-process manner.And through the construction of a series of product examples to meet the needs of fire fighters in various stages of forest fire fighting tasks,and broaden the research perspective of forest fire product design and development.
