Analysis On Quality Difference Of 2 Peanut Varieties And Optimize The Conditions On Inhibition The Formation Of AFTB1 During Storage

Abstract/Summary:
As an important oil crop,peanut is vulnerable to aflatoxin contamination in the process of production and storage and genneration aflatoxin(AFT).I n this study two peanut varieties,Yueyou 20 and Yueyou 7,were selected as main material,economic analysis was conducted on these two varieties based on oil quality and aflatoxin contamination during the common storage condition.O n the other hand,experiments on the optimized Aflatoxin B1(AFTB1)contamination-resistant storage condition also been conducted on Yueyou 7 to improve the oil quality and consuming safety.As a key research constituent,security management syetem was carefully discussed.The main results as followed:(1)Comparison on main economic characters and planting benefition of 2 different peanut varietiesThe main stem height and branch length of Yueyou 20 exhibit greater than that of Yueyou 7.Leaf number of main stem in Yueyou 20 is 20.7,leaf blade in medium size,with medium green in color,with more 4.1leaves than that of Yueyou 7.Yueyou 7 owned deeper leaf color compared to Yueyou 20 except they share same medium-size leaves.Yueyou 20and Yueyou 7 both owned high resistant to disease resistance.As to whole growth phase,Yueyou 20 had 3days longer than that of Yueyou 7.Yueyou 7 have a higher characteristic than Yueyou 20 of the aspect of fruit yield.The peanut pod and peanut yeilds of Yueyou 20 was 87.9%and 93.1%of Yueyou 7per mu.As the high quality of Yueyou 20 oil,the price of which could up to 32 yuan/kg andreached 2514.12 yuan/mu anuually,while the price of Yueyou 7 peanut oil was 24yuan/kg and had an annual value of 2070.96 yuan/mu.(2)Analysis of AFTB1 in different peanut varieties and oil quality before and after conventional storageTherewas no AFTB1detected in peanut of Yueyou 20and Yueyou 7 after pick-up.During a 6-month storage with a condition of moisture content 8%,25℃,the content of AFTB1 in Yueyou 20(peanut pod and peanut)was lower than GB Standard and could be pressed directly.But in Yueyou 7,the content of AFTB1was seriously exceed the GB standard.The oil quality could reach 1st class of GB Standard when the peanut of Yueyou 20 a nd Yueyou 7 pressed directly after pick-up.After a 6-month storage w it h the samec onditionon peanut pod and peanut,the oil pressed from Yueyou 20 could reached GB stan dard.But as to Yueyou 7,with the increasing AFTB1 during the storage,it could not be pre sseddirectly and should treated with NaO H firstly.The value of acid value andperoxide va lueof Yueyou 7 were higher than that of Yueyou 20.The oil of Yueyou 7 was light yellow and less fragrant.The comprehensive quality of peanut oil was worse than that of Yueyou 20.(3)Effects of different storage factors on AFTB1in Yueyou7Single factor experiments showed that the moisture content,temperature,storage time and storage mode increased the content of AFTB1 in both peanut pod and peanut.But effectsonpeanutpod:temperature>storagetime>moisture content,peanut:temperature>moisture content>storage time.(4)Optimization of peanut storage condition and the oil quality of Yueyou7Through the orthogonal test on Yueyou 7,finded that the storage conditions(mo isture content+temperature+time)of AFTB1 contamination resistant for peanut pod:8.5%+15℃+9months,and peanut:8.5%+15℃+6 months.Compared with the standard of peanut oil,the peanut oil from stored peanuts met the first class standard,which indicated that the research results of peanut storage condition were feasible,andcould be widely applied.(5)A quality management system on factory safety of peanutA quality management system was discussed deeply,and 21 key elements were involved in the system,including original peanutinbound,storagement,procession,products,and all would be monitored by the quality control,and scientific design of manufacture also been involved,followed by scientific management.
