According to the poor conditions of the southern mountain orchard planting area,it is difficult to build a relatively complete transportation system.The general transport vehicles on road ha ve the function of transporting goods,and the transporters is not helpfull to work in the mountain orchards.In order to improve the efficiency of transportation in hilly and mountain orchards,increase economic efficiency,reduce the labor intensity of farmers and the production costs of the mountain orchards,based on the third generation of the orchard wheeled transporters which have been developed by the research group,this paper designs a lifting mechanism with the self-loading and unloading function,which has the function of transporting and discharging.In addition,with the wide application of the modern computer technology,more and more modern design methods have been widespreaded in the process of mechanical design.Using ADAMS and ANSYS software optimize the design of the lifting device,it can not only shorten the design time of developing mechanical products,but also improve the working performance of the main mechanical working mechanism and the quality of the main mechanical parts?reducing the cost of research and development.Based on the four kinds of slopes in mountainous area was as follows: 0°,5°,10° and 15°.this paper used the traditional graphic method to determinate the structure size of the triangle arms,tie rods,auxiliary frames and hydraulic system and the installation position releated to the wheeled transport vehicle.Then the virtual prototyping technology and finite element methods were used to model,simulate,optimize and improve the product.Through the above steps,the lifting force of the lifting mechanism of the the mountain orchards transporters could match with the time-dependent curve,then selected a reasonable hydraulic cylinder,placed the location of the key points of the lift mechanism and verified the strength and stiffness of the key components,so that the dumping mechanism could meet the overall design requirements.This paper first determined the position coordinates of five key points of the lifting mechanism and the distribution position of each component relative to the wheeled vehicle,and used the Solid Works 3D software to model the key components of the dump truck lifting mechanism.The results showed that the lifting mechanism designed by traditional graphic method could move normally without the interference.The kinematics and dynamics analysis of lifting mechanism of dump truck lifting mechanism were carried out by the ADAMS software,the results of these four analyzes were compared and analyzed,the result was that the slope' degree of the maximum thrust force was 0°and the force was 16428 N,at the same time,the change of hydraulic working characteristic curve was that the lifting force of the initial lifting state was the largest.Through the Kinematic and kinetic analysis of lifting mechanism by ADAMS,this paper could determine the five key points of the lifting mechanism and then the parametric modeling of the lifting mechanism was parameterized and optimized,the results showed that the maximum thrust force was 7800 N,and the reduction range was about 55%.At the same time,the hydraulic characteristic curve of the work increased firstly and then decreased,so that it could meet the requirements of the ideal characteristic curve.After the optimization,the maximum angular velocity and the maximum angular acceleration of the center of mass of the pull rod changed from the optimized 9.2°/s,6.0°/s2 to the optimized 6.0°/s,1.35°/s2,the maximum angular velocity and the maximum angular acceleration of the triangular arm centroid were optimized from the optimized 9.5°/s,6.5°/s2,to the optimized 5.5°/s,2.5°/s2,the curvature of the optimized two party curve changed gently,which could enhance the stability of the lifting box.Based on the Simulation analysis and optimization results of lifting mechanism through the ADAMS,the key components of the dumping mechanism,such as triangular arms and rods,were analyzed with the strength and stiffness through ANSYS,and then optimized the structure,it could get that the maximum stress of the tensile,which was 23.199 MPa,and the maximum displacement variable was 0.028mm;After the triangular arm was optimized,the maximum stress was 327.68 MPa,and the maximum displacement variable was 0.82mm;And the quality of the triangular arm decreased from 4.68 kg to 3.67 kg after optimization,which was reduced by about 20%,so that it could meet the requirements of lightweight design.The research findings of this project can provide the instruction for the design and production of the Wheeled Self Unloading Transporters in Mountainous Orchard,even more practical.
