At present, the citrus mechanization of production degree in our country is low, part of the citrus orchard transport machinery introduced from Japan, South Korea and other countries o, due to the high cost and some or other reasons failed to adapt to the national conditions, didn’t play their proper role in the production. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of citrus mechanization of production, developed a self-propelled mountain orchard monorail transporter.This paper combined the characteristics of the existed domestic or foreign orchard transport machinery and the non-self-propelled mountain orchard monorail transporter, designing and manufacture a kind of self-propelled mountain orchard monorail transporter. Self-propelled transporter has a small and compact structure, the main part of the transporter is 1.1 m long,0.45 m wide,0.65 m high, and the speed of the transporter is 0.7-0.8 m/s, used the single track used by the transporter laid according to the topography,which has a very good adaptability to terrain, the minimum turning radius is 2.66 meters, uphill weight 500 kg, downhill weight 1000 kg, maximum climbing Angle is 45°.The self-propelled transporter realized the single track transport on real significance, in the form of single beam orbit, and has simple structure, low construction cost, fully meet the requirements of the fruit in the orchard, pesticides, fertilizers, and the basic construction materials carriage on the mountain.The self-propelled transporter use a 13 horsepower air-cooled gasoline engine as power, model is 188F-L, the gasoline engine with a 1/2 retarding mechanism by itself, its rated output shaft speed is 1800 r/min, good for speed cut, and the air-cooled gasoline engine’s weight is lighter, dimension is smaller, vibration and noise are lower. Self-propelled transporter is equipped with forward、backward and neutral gear, and can realize the self-propelled transporter forward、backward and brake along the orbit.Through the application of the mechanism of the four-bar-lever linkage clutching and braking by striking, self-propelled transporter can realize the function of unmanned, compared with the domestic current remote mountain orchard monorail transporter and the non-self-propelled mountain orchard monorail transporter, the stability and reliability are much higher.This paper divide the self-propelled transporter into power transmission system, driving system, four-bar-lever linkage clutching and braking by striking, orbit, host, trailers and other parts for structure design and theoretical analysis. Stress analysis was carried out on the single track, mainly to make sure that when the transporter going straight, climbing, braking and other cases with the maximum load, its strength meet the requirements.Research the self-propelled transporter running at maximum load, and the maximum stress on the stand bar is less than the limit value of strength, meet the requirements of the orbit, safe and reliable. Statics and dynamics simulation analysis was carried on the key components of the self-propelled transporter, to make sure their stability and reliability meet the requirements。...
