China is the largest pig population sow herds and slaughter pigs was first,but sow productivity compared with the developed countries there is a big gap.There are many factors affecting the annual productivity of sows,among which the climate of high temperature and humidity in Southern China area is one of the important factors that affect the reproductive performance of sows.There are many methods in the production of slow sow heat stress,heat stress,such as the cultivation of varieties of feed added by slow heat stress additives,farm planning,lanshe construction and heatstroke prevention facilities and equipment,including the feed with moderate heat stress of material is one of the important methods to speed up,in the short term to good effect.The purpose of this study is to explore in the diet effect of acidifier for sow heat stress,the experiment selected 90 4-6 fetal head sows,body condition and the subsequent similar up to two crossbred sows,sows were randomly divided into 3 groups at day 90 of gestation were tested with 3 replicates,each replicate 10 sows.The first group was the control group,using 326 feed?fed diets containing Compound Acidifiers?;the second groups for the experimental group 1,326?feed diets containing acidifier 1.0Kg/T?,the third groups for the experimental group 2,326?feed diets containing acidifier 1.5K g/T?.The experiment began 3 months later and the experiment period was 40 days.The sow pregnancy weight gain,litter size,litter size,litter size,low birth weight,birth litter weight,weaning litter weight,weaning number records and statistical analysis,and the changes of detection before delivery CPK,IgA,IgG,CD3+,CD4+,blood biochemical index,so as to provide a reliable basis for use of acidifier to heat stress in the production of lactating sows.The results show that:?1?During the test,the average temperature of 28.95 DEG C,the average relative humidity is 74.16%,sows in heat stress state during adding composite acidifier group to improve the litter size and litter of the live litter size,birth weight,birth weight and weaning weight have significant effect.The experimental group 1 and 2 average litter size were 13 and 12,significantly higher than the control group?11?;the average size of the live litter were 11.5 and 10.8,significantly higher than the control group?9.6?;the average birth weight of piglets were 1.15 Kg and 1.13 Kg,was significantly higher than that of control group?1.04Kg?;the average birth weight were 12.46 Kg and 11.47 K g,significantly higher than the control group?10.96Kg?;the average weaning weight were 8.12 Kg and 7.79 K g,significantly higher than the control group?7.62 Kg?,the number of weak piglets at weaning and weaning weight difference between the three groups was not significant.?2?In the pregnancy weight gain,experimental group 1 and 2 average weight were 62.82 Kg and 55.70 Kg,significantly higher than the control group?49.13Kg?.?3?CPK levels were 111.53 and 133.61,significantly lower than the control group?162.97?;CD3+,C D4+,IgA and IgG between the three groups were no significant difference.In a word,add Acidifiers in animal feed with anti heat stress in sows,adding Acidifier in diets can significantly improve sow pregnancy weight gain,increased litter size,improve birth weight and litter weight at birth,dietary recommendations can be used to deal with the heat stress in sows acidifier contained 0.1%.
