Study On Fuz Heng Jiedu Granule For Avian Influenza Vaccine Immune Effect On Chickens

Fuzheng Jiedu Granule is composed of Astragalus,Epimedium,Radix isatidis and other traditional Chinese medicine,and there is not much its study in the domestic and overseas.The research object of this study is based on Fuzheng Jiedu Granule produced by Guangdong Dahuanong Animal Health-care Co.,Ltd.,about the comparison of different dosage of Fuzheng Jiedu Granule on immune effect of avian influenza vaccine.This experiment is divided into 3 parts: C linical trial,Expanded clinical trial and Target animal safety test of chicken.C linical trials and Expanded clinical trials were set up 5 experimental groups: Control group,Blank immune group,Astragalus polysaccharide group(0.2g/L),Fuzheng Jiedu Granule low dose group(0.5g/L),and Fuzheng Jiedu Granule recommended dose group(1.5g/L).At day 8,23 and 30 age of chicken avian influenza virus immunized with recombinant inactivated vaccine(H5N1 subtype,Re-6 strain),at day 15,22,29 and 36 age from spleen,thymus and bursa of immune organ index and serum separation,determination of avian influe nza antibody titer test.The target animal safety test of chicken was made up of 4 groups,the tests included the blood routine,blood biochemistry and histopathology.The results showed that the weight,spleen index,thymus index and bursa index of chicke ns,which were taken Astragalus Polysaccharides and Fuzheng Jiedu Granules,showed with various improvement.The result of Fuzheng Jiedu Granule on avian influenza antibody titer: Pre-immunization,there was no significant difference between the antibody level of the test groups(P>0.05).After immunization,the blank control group and immune drug groups compared,the antibody level of Fuzheng Jiedu Granules in low dose group significant difference(P<0.05),40 days after immunization,the antibody level was significantly different(P<0.01).The antibody level of Fuzheng Jiedu Granule recommended dose group after immunization was in extremely significant difference(P<0.01).Astragalus Polysaccharide group at 21 days after immunization,the antibody level has significant difference(P<0.05).Another,in the target animal safety test with 5 times of recommended doses,the chicken blood routine,blood biochemical and histopathological abnormalities were without exception occurred,it proved the safety use of Fuzheng Jiedu Granules for chickens.Therefore,Fuzheng Jiedu Granules can be used as an immune enhancer in avian influenza prevention.With the rational use in poultry production,which can improve the immunity,improve the vaccine protection,prolong the d uration of immunity,also with less side-effects and low residue.It do not adversely affect on human health and it can be used in more application.
