In recent years,China's grain production resources are in short supply, and the problem of land resource security and sustainable utilization is highlighted. The reduction of cultivated land resources will inevitably affect the grain production and supply in the region, resulting in a series of immeasurable threats to food security. In recent years, with the county as a unit in the south of Xinjiang arid area of cultivated land use and resource shortage problems appear marked the land intensive utilization has become an urgent problem to solve the natural resources utilization in Akesu city, therefore,to ensure the sustainable utilization of cultivated land resources,Akesu city is selected as the research area to study the level of cultivated land,in order to provide the application and technical reference for the sustainable and healthy development of Akesu economy and the maintenance and protection of ecological security.Based on the qualitative analysis of the cultivated land intensive research background and the related concepts of PSR model, after collected data of Akesu city yearbook and used remote sensing image from 2000 to 2016 as the data source of cultivated land, combined with the current situation of arable land resources, agricultural production level and socio-economic development in Akesu city, using experience for reference to the established index system restructuring and complement,to establish a set of accord with the characteristics of Akesu city land utilization"pressure-state-response"(PSR)index framework. The comprehensive score of cultivated land is calculated by principal component analysis and comprehensive index method respectively, after the two dimensions based on level and space with the support of GIS and spatial statistical analysis of Akesu city in 2000-2016 and 2016 of the villages and towns land intensive space-time change rule. Results show:(1)The number of cultivated land resources in Akesu is small in the past 2000-2016 years, and the quantity shows the characteristics of overall increase and local small fluctuation,in the past 17 years, the number of cultivated land increased dynamically by 28609 hm~2.(2)2000-2016,the intensive level of cultivated land in Akesu increased generally, the cultivated land intensive score increased from62.0182 to 62.0182,the regression analysis shows that The correlation between the pressure index and the intensive value is the most significant; The pressure index maintained a relatively stable development level.During the study period,it was developed from 64.0105 to 73.1051,and the per capita GDP was more correlated with the pressure indicator. The comprehensive evaluation value of the state increased from59.1894 in 2000 to 79.8104 in 2016,and the output value of labor was the most closely related to the development of cultivated land. The comprehensive evaluation value of the response was increased from 60.7939 at the beginning of the study to80.0674 at the end of the study, and the input index of pesticide was significantly correlated with the response value.(3)The global spatial autocorrelation analysis from Akesu city in 2016 villages and towns land intensive degree of Moran'I index is0.2547,on the whole space distribution,The phenomenon of centralization and distribution of adjacent towns with intensive degree and high or low at the same time.(4)Through the hierarchy tree clustering method, the results showed that the total intensity level and the three subsystems of pressure, status and response in Akesu had significant difference in spatial distribution.(5)Kriging interpolation method results show that the Akesu city land utilization is not uniform, the town of kalatala and the town of aikule are of high concentration, the intensive value decreases from near to far in the radiation range of these two towns.(6)The coordination relationship between the pressure-state-response and the cultivated land intensive utilization level was analyzed, the 2000-2016 year PSR coordination values are around, shows that the degree of coordination between each subsystem under the condition of the cultivated land intensive level must be in a state of high coordination.Based on the above research results, this paper discusses and puts forward feasible measures to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of cultivated land resources in Akesu city.
