Cultivated land is an important cornerstone of the country's survival and development,is the basis for promoting agricultural production and ensuring food security, and is also an important guarantee for maintaining national economic security and social stability.Under the background of carrying out the strategy of rural revitalization, cultivated land,as the most important land resource, has become an important grasp for us to do a good job in agriculture, rural areas and farmers.Cultivated land not only provides people with food security, but also provides strong support for regional agricultural economy. The development of high quality economy provides inexhaustible power, and can also provide important support for our country to construct the overall layout of five in one and formulate the basic strategy.Since the reform and opening up,China's rapid economic development has ignored ecological protection, cultivated land protection and the formulation of the overall sustainable development strategy of the countries concerned while advancing the urbanization process. Many cities have been seeking to improve their own development.Far away.In view of the decreasing of cultivated land area,we can take the road of intensive utilization of cultivated land, make effective planning of cultivated land use to promote the effective utilization of cultivated land as the starting point.By studying and understanding the latest research theories.collect relevant data, then use entropy weight TOPSIS model to calculate the level of intensive utilization of cultivated land in 14 prefecture-level cities in Liaoning Province from 2009 to 2017,and analyze the time characteristics of intensive utilization of cultivated land in Liaoning Province from the point of view of time, and draw relevant conclusions; At the same time, combined with the Arcgis software, the comprehensive value of intensive utilization of cultivated land in 14 prefecture-level cities in Liaoning Province from 2009 to 2017 is input into the spatial analysis module, which is presented in the form of spatial map by distinguishing regional level by color, and analyzing the intensive utilization of cultivated land in Liaoning Province from a more macroscopic perspective, which is aimed at Liaoning Province The intensiveutilization level of cultivated land in each region is relatively high, and the intensive utilization level of cultivated land in which region is relatively low,and the regional classification presents. Finally, the paper analyzes the time characteristics and spatial differences of intensive use of cultivated land in Liaoning province in detail, and puts forward comprehensive policy suggestions on how to promote intensive use of cultivated land in Liaoning province.According to the situation of intensive utilization of cultivated land in Liaoning 2009 to 2017,the distribution of intensive utilization of cultivated land is as follows: four cities with high comprehensive level of intensive utilization of cultivated land, four cities with high comprehensive level of intensive utilization of cultivated land, one city with medium comprehensive level of intensive utilization of cultivated land, three cities with low comprehensive level of intensive utilization of cultivated land and one city with low comprehensive level of intensive utilization of cultivated land.Among them, there are four cities with a high comprehensive level of intensive utilization of cultivated land ?0.7 and a high average of 0.6-0.7 A city with a low average of 0.4-0.5,a city with a low average of 0.4-0.5,a city with a low average of ?0.4;Shenyang with the highest intensity(0.7541),followed by Jinzhou(0.7361),Benxi(0.7211),Chaoyang(0.7085),Dalian(0.6767),Panjin(0.6339),Anshan(0.66308),Fushun(0.6296),Tieling(0.6296).6040,Huludao(0.503)6),Dandong(0.4975),Yingkou(0.4958),Fuxin(0.4671),Liaoyang minimum concentration(0.3671);Liaoning Province cultivated land intensive use level from high to low ranking: Shenyang > Jinzhou > Benxi > Chaoyang > Dalian > Panjin >Anshan > Fushun Tieling > Huludao > Dandong > Yingkou to Liaoyang. The influence of intensive utilization level of cultivated land with time in every city of Liaoning Province shows the relevant characteristics, and the difference between cities shows that the level of intensive utilization of cultivated land is large.During the period from 2009 to 2017,the dynamic analysis of intensive utilization of cultivated land shows that it changes with time in Liao The overall difference of Ning province is small, the level of intensive use of cultivated land in Liaoning province is small, the change trend is rising: Shenyang,Jinzhou,Fuxin,Panjin,Yingkou,Liaoyang cities in Liaoning Province,Shenyang,Dalian,Anshan,Jinzhou,Dandong,Tieling,Huludao;the more stable areas are: Chaoyang,Fuxin,Panjin,Yingkou,Liaoyang. From the perspective of spatial analysis, the basic situation of intensive utilization of cultivated land in Liaoning Province is generally presented by symmetry, from Chaoyang City and Chaoyang CityCombined with the actual situation of Liaoning Province's natural geographical location and unique soil advantages, according to local conditions, through this investigation and analysis,we can grasp the level of intensive utilization of cultivated land in Liaoning Province, understand its advantages and disadvantages, and explore the level of intensive utilization of cultivated land in Liaoning Province from the perspective of time and space.
