As a high-quality variety with both fresh and dry food,the gray jujube,since its introduction into Xinjiang,has grown in area in agricultural production,and has become the main cultivar of the jujube industry in Xinjiang.The gray jujube has high nutritional value and medicinal value.In the production process,the fruit quality is affected by both natural factors and human factors.However,due to the improper application of industrial fertilizers,the negative impact on crops and soil is increasingly serious.It is urgently needed to explore new sources of fertilizer to serve the development of agriculture in China..Among them,microbial fertilizer research has gradually emerged and the degree of concern has gradually increased.Microbial fertilizers have the effect of balancing tree nutrients and increasing yield and quality.However,their fertilizer efficiency is affected by factors such as the soil and the plants themselves.Therefore,in order to improve the utilization of fertilizer,improve the soil environment of jujube or improve the quality of jujube,it is necessary to explore and study the mechanism of microbiological fertilizer on rhizosphere soil and jujube quality.8 strains of single strain were obtained by using microbiology laboratory of the forestry r esearch institute in XinJiang Agricultural University.9 single strains and compound strains of bacterial manure treatment 1(P18),bacterial manure treatment 2(P15),bacterial manure treat ment 3(P13),bacterial manure treatment 4(P7),bacterial manure treatment 5(P15P8K7),bac terial manure treatment 6(P15P8K7),bacterial manure treatment 7(N22P8P18K7),bacterial manure treatment 8(K7),bacterial manure treatment 9(N22),10 + basal,11(CK1)researche s the culture medium(CK0)water + basal field experiment was carried out.After fertilization,the samples were collected at different phenological phase and the fruit test was collected in t he mature stage.The results are as follows:(1)The combination of the applied strains showed a certain colonization ability,among which the strains 6,7 and 8 had a strong colonization ability.(2)In different ash dates of grayjujube,all the bacteria-treated treatments significantly increased the content of alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen in the soil;comprehensive comparison concluded that treatment 7 had the largest increase.Different treatments have different effectson the content of available phosphorus in soil.In each phenophase,the content of soil available phosphorus increased the most after treatment 1 was applied.After treatment7,the increase of organic matter content in the soil was faster and the advantage was obvious.However,the effect of each application of bacteria on soil organic matter content did not reach a significant level.The soil pH was measured at each phenophase,and the pH decreased significantly after Treatment 4 and Treatment 3 application.In summary,it is believed that the combination of treatment 7(N22P8P18K7)has significant effects on the soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen content,organic matter content,and available phosphorus.(3)Except for treatment 6,other treatments all increased the soluble sugar content of grayjujube fruit,and treatment 7 improved the most obvious effect.All treatments had significant effect on the titratable acid content of fruits,and the effects of treatments 7 and 8were the most obvious.There was no significant difference in the protein content of jujube fruits treated with various bacterial fertilizers.Among them,only protein content of treatment1 was significantly higher than that of CK.Treatment 7 significantly increased the content of free amino acids in jujube fruit.Application of bacterial fertilizer can increase the content of vitamin C in grayjujube fruits,and the treatment of each fertilizer is significantly higher than the control,and the treatment 2 has the best effect.Bacterial fertilizer treatment has a certain effect on improving the flavone content in grayjujube,and the effect of treatment6 is the most obvious.Fertilizer treatment did not significantly increase tannin content in ash.Bacterial fertilizer treatment has obvious effects on increasing N content in grayjujube.The effect of treatment 9 is the most obvious.The P content of the fruits of the treated ash was significantly different,and the contents of the treatments 2 and 8 were the highest.In addition,bacterial fertilizer treatment did not significantly increase the K content of the ash fruit.(4)The effect of each treatment was compared by factor analysis.It was found that the fruit of grayjujube under treatment 7(N22P8P18K7)was mainly expressed in soluble sugar,titratable acid,free amino acid,P content,and high edible rate..After treatment 1(P18),the content of tannin and soluble sugar of grayjujube fruit of grayjujube fruit was high.Treatment of 8(K7),under the conditions of broiler grayjujube fruit ash,fruit weight,free amino acids,Pcontent.The quality of the grayjujube fruit after treatment with Bacterial Fertilizer 9(N22)was the best,mainly reflected in the high content of soluble sugar,flavonoids and N.After treatment with bacterial fertilizer 1(P18),the content of soluble protein and K in ash date was high.Taken together,the quality of ash,jujube and jujube fruit under the condition of 9(N22)was optimal.
