In this experiment,basket planting method was adopted,five months of Bletilla striata intercropping with 6 kinds of different neighboring plants were Eurohypnum leptothallum 、 Mentha spicata 、 Trifolium repens、Taraxacum mongolicum、Ranunculus cantoniensisi、Diplazium donianum,the six neighboring plants were set to 6 groups,the soil samples from 6 different locations were set into 6 soil samples,by measuring the growth index of Bletilla striata,the activity of sucrose-metabolizing enzymes in Bletilla striata and soil related enzymes,the effects of different neighboring plants on the growth of Bletilla striata were studied,and the following conclusions were drawn:1、Different neighboring plants intercropping with Bletilla striata processing that the effect on the growth of Bletilla striata was different: Ranunculus cantoniensisi 、 Diplazium donianum intercropping with Bletilla striata processing has promoting effect to the growth of Bletilla striata,intercropping Trifolium repens from Bletilla striata processing has inhibitory effect on the growth of Bletilla striata,Eurohypnum leptothallum、Mentha spicata、Taraxacum mongolicum intercropping with Bletilla striata of Bletilla striata growth have no significantly affected.2、Different neighboring plants intercropping with Bletilla striata processing of Bletilla striata sucrose-metabolizing enzymes activity was different: Ranunculus cantoniensisi、Diplazium donianum intercropping with Bletilla striata processing of Bletilla striata SS、SPS、AI、NI activity was significantly higher CK and showed a trend of rising first decline after,is advantageous to the Bletilla striata pseudobulb growth and sugar accumulation,and Bletilla striata intercropping with Bletilla striata processing effect is better;Eurohypnum leptothallum、Mentha spicata、Trifolium repens intercropping with Bletilla striata processing of Bletilla striata SS,SPS,AI and NI activity was significantly lower CK,and showed a trend of decline first rising after,disadvantageous to the Bletilla striata pseudobulb growth and sugar accumulation,and the Trifolium repens intercropping with Bletilla striata processing effect is poorer.3、Different neighboring plants intercropping with Bletilla striata processing on soil enzyme activity was different: the influence of Eurohypnum leptothallum 、Trifolium repens on soil invertase、soil urease have a negative effect,on soil alkaline phosphatase 、 soil peroxidase has positive influence;Taraxacum mongolicum has negative influence on soil invertase,and has positive influence on soil urease、alkaline phosphatase and soil peroxidase.Ranunculus cantoniensisi、Diplazium donianum intercropping with Bletilla striata processing were positive effects on the four kinds of soil related enzymes,which were better in Ranunculus cantoniensisi.This study suggested that Ranunculus cantoniensisi、Diplazium donianum intercropping with Bletilla striata processing on the one hand by influencing the Bletilla striata sucrose-metabolizing enzymes activity in the body prompted Bletilla striata sugar accumulation,pseudobulb is growing,on the other hand through Ranunculus cantoniensisi、Diplazium donianum release of the root exudates or litter residues affect soil environment makes the Bletilla striata root around the increase of soil fertility,and have a favorable influence on the growth of Bletilla striata,in addition to this,may also is associated with the impact of symbiotic fungi and soil microbial community structure,which need further test to confirm.
