The purpose of this paper is to improve the overall machine performance of the 2CM2/4 dry-up potato micro-ridge coating machine?hereinafter referred to as side-viewer?.For the side seeder seeding method can not meet the agronomic requirements,the organic fertilizer fertilizer fertilization process is poor and the micro-ridge coating collected after the ditch at the rain can not infiltrate into the surface of the problem.After the analysis of the overall structure of the sidecasting machine,the adoption of a chain spoon type seeding ensured the sowing uniformity and showed a “pink” character.The software,such as Solid Works and Auto Cad,was used to model the automatic boring hole water seepage system and the spiral fertilizer delivery mechanism.Determine its main operating parameters.The automatic puncture hole water seepage system is composed of hardware system and software system.The hardware system analyzes and designs the boring knife path and the stroke amplifying part in the puncture hole device;the software system is based on the C language design control program to realize automatic control;In the fertilizer box,a spiral fertilizer transfer mechanism was installed to analyze the stress of the organic fertilizer on the screw fertilizer delivery mechanism.The improved sidecaster was field tested and operational performance was measured.The results showed that:1)Chain spoon type seed replanting rate 5%,leakage rate of 3%,pass rate of 92%,average plant spacing 575mm?theoretical plant spacing 560mm?.2)The Spiral Fertilizer Delivery Institution has achieved through a prescriptive test program: The spiral fertilizer plant has increased the amount of fertilizer by 30%,Row fertilizer uniformity 98.5%,difference rate 1.4%,and meets agronomic requirements.3)The automatic boring hole penetrating system can tie the hole near the seed potato.The average length of the seepage hole is 176-11+9mm,the width is consistent with the width of the blade;the average value of the seepage hole is 176-16+14mm from the seed potato;the average distance between the holes is 564 mm.
